Jamba Juice

I purchase a energy bowl and the second scoop in my mouth I found myself pulling a hair out! Soooo disgusting. I tried to call them to let them know but no one answered the phone at the Milpitas store. The girl that made it MUST be careful. I won’t be going there again!

I’ve been here quite a few times by now and have been disappointed with mainly the service. The drinks can be really good, or they are really lacking. So today’s visit warranted a review about their bullshit, capricious policy of free smoothie discounts.
I wanted to order a large Almond Milk Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie, and once I was typing in my phone number to add in my points, I found out that I qualify for a free small smoothie on my birthday. Normally when I get these free smoothies for adding points, the Jamba Juice employees at any store usually just let me buy a medium or large with the small smoothie discount applied. Great service to keep me coming back, right?
Well, the employee said they don’t add those discounts to the register since that and the reward machine are not connected. They may not be connected, but they usually just print out the receipt for the free smoothie from the machine and then press some buttons on the register to add the discount. I told him about the discount I usually get at other Jamba Juice stores. The shift manager then came to the counter with an annoyed look to tell me the same thing that upsized drinks do not get a discount whatsoever with no apology. I told her that was bullshit, went to the Jamba Juice on Oakland Rd., where they applied my birthday discount to my large smoothie with no hesitation.

Good spot to refresh yourself when it’s heat outside, huge selection of beverages plus they added some burritos if u starving :)

Best way to spend a rainy day. .chunky strawberry bowl and Mariah and Sage treat me like a king

Disappointed to find broken orange juice squeezing machine. Too many Jamba Juice locations have broken machines. Should they have backup machine???

All our drinks came out good. I wasn’t very happy with the cashier. He didn’t mention the jamba reward. I asked about it after and it was too late. I go to jamba juice all the time. Cashiers should let their customers know what rewards and new items they have. I didn’t get any of that today.

This location is like every other Jamba Juice location. The staff were friendly and everything was really clean!
My favorite go-​to drinks are Blue Gummy and Caribbean Passion!

Jamba Juice location in Milpitas, yippie! The day was so hot! I was craving for a white gummi. The customer service was pretty good. The cashier was nice and call me mister lol. My drink tasted great and love the taste of the white gummi.

I stopped by on a really hot Sunday afternoon.

I love this drink! It’s a little sour, but I love it. The workers are very consistent with making this drink. It was delicious!

Ever since the McCarthy Ranch Jamba Juice closed, this is the store I go to if I’m in Milpitas.
This is a standard Jamba Juice. Spacious parking in a busy plaza and the store is located next to a Peet’s Coffee. There’s plenty of outdoor seating and a few tables inside if you plan on hanging around the area.
The store itself is clean. The staff wasn’t the quickest at making drinks, but it wasn’t too bad overall. I requested the sour patch kid drink from the secret menu, and it was really good.
They honored the Memorial Day BOGO coupon deal, so that was nice.

Yummy! My son was feeling sick and needed a quick pick me up so I stopped by and grabbed a Razzmataz. It not only tasted great but helped him feel much better as well as tasted great.
The store was clean and neat. Brianna and Danny were fast, friendly and helpful in getting the hundreds of drinks out the door. They located in the large shopping center and a quick and convenient treat on the way out.
Don’t miss out after shopping for something healthy, tasty and fun to eat.

I love how this jamba juice location is duper fast at making people’s drink. I always get strawberry wild which is super yummy. Service is nice and they also habe a rewards system. I would come here again.

They’ve gotten my drinks correct every time and they’re in the same plaza as my job! I don’t drink jamba too much but I’m sure I’ll be back in probably for the delicious fresh squeezed orange juice.

I love this place. It’s small and gets busy at times, but that’s how it goes. The staff has always been nice and the drinks are exactly as I expect. I go there once a month or so, and will continue to.

This location is always bust, whenever I go in the people working are making drink but tonight the young lady working was chatting it up with a girl just sitting in there on a computer with no jamba juice and she offered them free smoothie and I felt like they were taking their sweet time with making my ordder cause they were busy talking, and I had already order and was waiting and I had been standing there a while and one of the employee who saw I had been there asked if I’d been helped, clearly if Im stand by the door and not anywhere near the cash register I most likely had been helped concindering there was a big group of people waiting for there order and I was the only other person in there. Very disappointing at the lack or customer service.

Ordered white gummy w energy boost. Cashier was straight to the point and easy to talk to. Finished my drink in about 3 minutes, what more can I say? Great establishment with Jamba Juice in front!

This Jamba Juice is a joke. All the teenagers that know each other work here, all they do is chat all day. I was waiting for my juice for 15 mins with only two people in front. Looking around the staff was just talking with their friends. When asked about my juice they asked if I ordered already.
I been waiting fifteen mins after my order just for you to ask me that… then another girl saw that it had been done but they were too busy talking.
Enough about the bad service now about the juice. Since the folks were too busy talking they messed up on the order and made mango ago go while my order was orange c booster. Upon making a new one with full attention they still messed up… just a bad experience there c

This place is really 3 stars, but the staff earned that extra star!
Groupon is offering a deal for Jamba Juice’s energy/​power bowls. I went with their acai berry bowl (groupon definitely makes it worth it). It’s a bit on the smaller side even though I got medium (16oz). There’s definitely better acai bowls for around the same price.
The bowl was delicious, but I did find a giant chunk of frozen fruit in there. The acai berry bowl normally doesn’t come with granola, but the workers accidentally included it in, which was perfectly fine with me. They asked me if I was ok with granola, if not they would have remade it. How nice!
Will be back to redeem those groupons!

Jamba Juice is Jamba Juice. Pretty nice (but really not juice!).
THIS Jamba Juice took 30 minutes (not a word of a lie) to make 2 smoothies. Yes it was warm. Yes there was a 2for1 running that day. But no warning to people placing orders and orders going missing and being made out of order all over the place.
Not good enough.

I tend not to review chains, but this place deserves my five star high five!
This review is long over due, but this Jamba Juice used to be like my second home because I’m pretty sure I was in here almost every other day. But with the student loans coming up, I’m sad to say my visits will be slightly less frequent. While I’m all for the smoothies, I’ve grown to really like the friendly staff here! I have never had bad service here. I even have my favorite staffies of course! Particularly the ones who greet me by name and have memorized my go to drink. :’) You guys are too awesome!
As a lazy but sort of health conscious eater, I try my best to get my fruits and veggies in every day. The apple and greens smoothie is packed with at least three servings of both, so it’s the drink I adore! A lot of people seem to think it’s gross and off putting with it’s very green hue and weird kale aftertaste, but I find it super yummy. I usually pick this baby up in original with whey protein, the daily vitamin boost, and the chia seeds for my slightly all around nutritious treat of the day.
Only thing is, they need a frequent customers card!
