Both employees were cool on our visit, but Christine was great from greeting us with a smile as soon as we walked in to assisting us when we had questions about a travel bag we noticed. My brother is taking a trip to NY this week and has been looking for a black carry on bag for the better part of the weekend.
Christine helped us get the bag down and told us about the current sales and additional amounts off in the store that day. Christine was very personable and had great casual conversation as she helped us. My brother really liked the all black leather Kenneth Cole bag we spotted, so he purchased it. With the great customer service and the help of Christine, we walked out with a great bag. Christine made this location 5 stars today :)

Great service here. I bought a watch here and it stopped working so I told Kirk, store manager, about it and he made sure I left with an envelope so that I can directly ship it to them. For the store itself, you can get a lot of sweet deals on stylish clothing. I always swing through here whenever I’m at the Great Mall, which is often.
Also, they have colonge bottles on demo so sometimes I just come in and get a spray because hey, you never know.
The Must do — Sign up to their email list so that you can get notified about sales and discounts.

The variety at this location is meh. I am a regular at the Napa Outlet spot and clearly I had expectations that couldn’t be met.
Customer service was nonexistent. We walked in, the store was empty and instead of a simple «Hello» we got two people, who work there, having a convo about a Facebook post that was clearly inappropriate. I mean, don’t get it twisted, I have posted plenty of inappropriate comments on my FB page, but if I was in retail, I doubt I’d be chatty Randy about it and tell the entire world!!!
The place was a flat mess. I mean, we hit up Marshall’s a few minutes after KC and Marshall’s looked like a day spa in comparison. Clothes on the floor, shoes scattered everywhere and it was like 30 minutes after the mall opened.
I rarely make it to Milpitas, but the next time I do, I am going to make a mental note to keep it movin’ right past this dump!

To make it clear, it’s a Kenneth Cole Reaction (the outlet brand), but it’s a nice little shop with both a men’s and women’s section. They advertise the arbitrarily chosen number of 41% off, and it’s a great deal for nice looking clothes. So for those of you out there that don’t want to drop major dollars at Express, this place is a good substitute.

Monday through Friday I have to suit up and head to court. This means stocking my closet with suits, ties, and dress shoes to avoid a My Cousin Vinny type encounter with the judge. Luckily Kenneth Cole is there to save the day.
I like almost all of their clothes, especially their dress clothes. They are reasonably priced and come in fitted cuts and modern styles. Their dress shoes are the perfect combination of style and comfort, which is a must when you are constantly on your feet.
This is one of the smallest locations I have been to, but it also has one of the friendliest and most helpful staffs. This store is the only reason I ever go to the Great Mall.
Thanks to Kenneth Cole I’m able to channel my inner Barney Stinson in comfort.

I like Kenneth Cole but I can never find anything when I come to this location. I feel that there aren’t enough selections on the sales floor. I come to the store and there are hardly any clothing items on the floor. There are 2 or 3 pieces of clothing hanging on the fixture. I walk back to the shoes department and most of the shoes are sizes 8 and up. No smaller sizes? Where are all your cute and comfy boots at? I hope you’ll have more selections soon so I don’t have to drive to the Gilroy location.
Also, the gilroy location carries a better selection of accessorries. That is, they have a much bigger selection of purses and hand bags of all sizes. The Gilroy location have an area designated to showcase their hand bags and the Milpitas location doesn’t. The selecton of hand bags at the Milpitas location location is limited.
I prefer the Gilroy location over the Milpitas location.

Their button up shirts are too plain for my taste now. Too long, but they are fitted.
Nothing spectacular here.

After a somewhat dismal Christmas, I decided there is no better way to cheer up than to go get myself a gift (since I didn’t get any…).
The employees at the Kenneth Cole store were very friendly. I was grabbing a few items (shirts, jacket, pants, etc) and someone came over to get my items and set up the dressing room for me. Wow, this has never happened at Macy’s, not sure if this happens at Nordstrom. When I got to the dressing room, the clothes were nicely folded and hanging neatly. Impressive.
BTW, the sales are great, everything was 30% off and some 50%. I got a watch originally priced at $ 225 for 60 bucks!
I’ve always been loyal to the KC brand, though I typically went with Reaction line because it was within my budget and ‘younger’, but I will be shopping at this store a lot more often.
