Super fast and efficient service food is always hot and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for quick drive through service.

Below average KFC, chicken was soggy and anemic(lack of meat). I’ve heard of maximizing profits by reducing the chicken meat, but this is ridiculous. I won’t come back here again!

We have only been here twice, and both times they forgot to give us something. The first time, we ordered two orders of popcorn chicken for our two boys. They only gave us one. The second time, we ordered a bowl that they made with NO chicken. It’s very frustrating to pick up dinner, get all the way home, and find things missing.

Had a bad experience today. 1) Treated like dirt when I ordered at the drive thru. Lots of giggling and passing comments by the youngster taking the order. I had to repeat the order thrice. 2) My special needs son eats only one thing outside home. The KFC chicken wings!!! No exaggeration. He did not touch any edible thing outside home for the past 5 years except these wings. He started liking the flat wings(not the ones which look like leg joints). This terminology was introduced by the same KFC folks a few days ago. So, I ordered the flat hot wings. Even after confirming they are flat, they gave one flat wing in the box. My son waits the whole week to get these wings. He was very upset but did not know how to express the anger and started screaming a few minutes later. Very painful to experience that. 3) since he doesn’t eat ketchup or sauce, I said no sauce or ketchup very audibly to him. When I got the wings, I saw 23 difference ketchup, ranch, sauce etc. I will post the pic if I can. What a waste of money to KFC!!! 4) The boys at the counter passed a very racist comment at the person ordering the next order. Yes, these things do happen even now. Believe it. I am not sure if I can go back there again. The next KFC is a bit far. Or I have to find an alternative to KFC. Hope KFC management see this and take some action to make the customer service better.

After totally giving up on our ‘local’ KFC, but still having a craving for some ‘good’ fried chicken my family decided to give this KFC a chance even though it’s a bit of a drive. Our first trip seemed to go pretty well. The service was much friendlier and faster than our ‘local’ KFC. When we got home we discovered that our 3-piece meals were all just 2-piece meals, one breast and one wing. Frustrated, I called and asked for the manager. I explained the problem with our order. He pulled our receipt and assured me that when I came back in he would ‘make things right ‘. Yesterday I made the drive back and asked to speak to the manager. He was the same gentleman, and I emphasize Gentleman, who I had spoken with previously. He asked if I wanted what the original order was supposed to be and I answered yes. I indicated that we wanted the 3-piece dinners white & crispy. He said that there would be a 7 minute wait for the breasts and would I mind waiting. I said that would be OK and he handed me a cup and said to have a drink will I waited. Right on schedule the breasts were ready and he had me come back to the counter to verify that each box was exactly what I ordered. The order was correct. I asked the manager how much I owed and he responded ‘nothing’, that this order corrected the previous error. I thanked him and shook his hand for what I consider superior customer service! When I arrived back at home everyone commented that the size of the pieces were larger than we had been getting, that the chicken was cooked just right and that the taste was much better! We will definitely make this KFC our go-to KFC, even with the additional travel distance and time. If you have had the same quality and service issues with KFC that we had been experiencing you should definitely give this KFC a try!

Just went to KFC today. Ordered the 8 piece all dark bucket. They gave me a mixed white and dark bucket so I had to take it back. Very disorganized in the serving and kitchen area. Got the all dark bucket home and the chicken was massively overspiced. It was like the cook dumped a whole bottle of seasoning on the chicken. Every piece in the bucket was like this. Looks like a lack of management supervision, or training, or both. we wont be going back there for a long time.

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered the 12 chicken strip meal, w, mash n gravy, cole slaw, biscuits. Also ordered an extra mash n gravy and large Mac n cheese. We had a coupon for 20 hot wings for $ 10.00 so added that too. My bad I didn’t check bag but when I got home only 1 mash n gravy. Argh. My receipt had it on there so I paid for it. $ 49.00 worth of food. I called them to let them know they forgot it and the manager said he was sorry and would give me another side as well for the inconvenience. I was ok with that. When I get there he says, «is there anything else I can get you?» I thought and said, «some chocolate chip cookies» so he said ok, they gave me the bag and 1 small cookie for my drive all the way back? How generous. To add insult to injury, when I was serving dinner, we were looking for the biscuits and NO Biscuits. It’s a fast food job. It’s not hard to read an order and place everything we ordered in said bag. C’mon people. Not going back. The KFC on Cropley never forgets anything in my order.

we ordered deep fried cajun turkey with corn and mashed potato/gravy last thanksgiving. what we got was coleslaw, mashed potato/gravy and PLAIN deep fried turkey! what happened to cajun? it’s wasted $ 90 turkey feast. contacted KFC but none of my calls were returned! speaking of FALSEADVERSTISEMENT! and bad customer service. review was late because i waited few weeks for them to at least make it right but i guess that’s how they handle or treat customer! a Sheila Garcia went into hiding and never returned my calls/messages!

I actually woke up a few days ago and totally had a craving for KFC. I love Popeye’s and Churches chicken too, but KFC tastes the best of them all. We got the Bucket of 20 piece chicken with 7 large sides and a box of biscuits for $ 50. I think that’s not a bad deal. It served about 7 of us. The only complaint I have is that the drive thru people never ask you if you want all the extra stuff like butter and honey and ranch and things like that. You have to remember to ask for it yourself because they won’t. Other than that, the service is satisfactory, efficient and friendly.

Worst experience I ever had. Not going back. 1) They were under staffed. One person running the counter, who looked liked the manager. Was getting pulled to the drive thru because the newbie employee had ALOT of questions and issues! 2) Since only one person running the counter, had to wait a very very long time. 3) Waited about 5 minutes before they look my order. Wanted a Chicken Pot Pie. Didn’t have any ready. Was told I had to wait 15 minutes or so for it. WTF! I was not going to wait. They were already running out of other piece of chicken for other orders during the DINNERRUSH! Walked out and skipped dinner for that night. Was too frustrated with KFC. NOTGOINGBACKTOKFC!!!

Worst experience at a KFC. I waited 40 minutes for my food. When I placed my order I was told I had to wait 10 minutes for cole slaw, I was fine waiting. Well when I asked after waiting 15 minutes now I needed to wait 10 minutes for the biscuits then another 15 for potato wedges. When I asked to speak to manager they said they weren’t there and I’d have to call. I got no I’m sorry for the long wait nothing. The employees were extremely rude I asked for a few ketchup packets, some honey & butter. They threw it in the bag and shoved my food over to me. This was rude even the supervisor was bring ride throwing boxes behind the counter. I will never go back to this KFC again because the employees were so unprofessional. There were 10 people waiting on their orders, 10 people this is suppose to be fast food if I wanted to wait 40 minutes for my food I would have set to a sit down restaurant. I just couldn’t believe my experience.

I went to the drive thru with my family and ordered 3 go cups and 2 chicken pot pies. However, only after paying were we told that the wedges would take 10 minutes to finish. They asked if it was fine. I assumed we would be able to substitute, since we should have been told of this before we paid. I understand that there can be a lack of communication/a rush. However, they said we can’t substitute it for anything and we had no choice but to wait. We waited for at least 15 minutes in the parking lot, which is significant in terms of fast food time. Since we had to park to wait for our order, we assumed they would give us napkins and utensils, but they didn’t do that either. Standard KFC, but poor and slow customer service.

I don’t come here as often as I used to after the switch of manager. The service behind the counter is still nice but the dining area is neglected at least the times I came. There would be crumbs and grease stains all over the place. Just not appealing. The previous manager, Carlos, hired this older lady specifically to take care of that. She was great at keeping the tables and seats clean. I appreciated that. I usually order chicken tenders and hot wings. Still tasting very good. Lunch time is busy here but they have a decent size parking lot so that helps.

I actually like this location of KFC because it’s FAST. Other locations I’ve been to take absolutely forever to get my food, and when I’m on a time constraint, it’s a huge no-no. I haven’t been to this location again for a long while until last night. I ordered biscuits(2 for $.79) and then a buffalo snacker for $.79. I love the value menu here because it’s so cheap and for decent chicken. I absolutely love buffalo sauce so the snackers are my favorite. I felt a little cheated with the meat I got, but then again, it was $.79 who am I to complain? The cashier was okay and greeted me when I left. I give this place 4 stars for an awesome value menu and their heavenly biscuits: D
