Burger King

Sufficient is the best I can say. For the extra money, you’d think that Burger King would be great.
This location is so near many good Asian restaurants, but a friend of mine doesn’t like real Asian food.
I ordered a double cheeseburger, medium fries, and a small drink. My buddy ordered chicken nuggets and a medium drink. He mentioned that the 10 for $ 1.49 nuggets gave you more for less than the regular nuggets, which were much more expensive.
The food was barely warm. The fries looked old, as though they didn’t throw away fries that had expired. The double cheeseburger and the chicken nuggets tasted fine but they would have been better hot.
Service was sufficient, but it was interesting to see the manager emptying the trash, while most everyone in the kitchen area were just hanging out.

Rude staff. Thanks for just throwing the same hard cookies I returned in the microwave just to warm them up. That doesn’t make them fresh. Not pleased at all with the service. It shouldn’t matter if I’m spending a dollar or 20, being rude is unnecessary.

I asked for honey mustard not BBQ. How can you misunderstand HONEY MUSTARD FOR BBQ. What is wrong with you newbies. I don’t get a problem when I see a manager or someone who knows what they’re doing but seriously get it together

So whoever was working drive thru around 3pm today was super rude. I couldn’t even order more food without him saying «thank you». He asked me if that was all and I started to say something and he was all like ‘thank you’ and I said okay… And he said ‘thank you’ again. Received my order and of course it’s wrong. Don’t know how hard it is to make a plain cheeseburger :/

I didn’t think incompetence could get ANY lower at this location. Simple order of bacon cheeseburger couldn’t even be right. I even used the combo number AND repeated it 2 times. How can the F up every single order (Goooooooood job Maria *eye roll*…but yet they want $ 15/​hr??? I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and got a double cheeseburger, guess the guy behind me got my sandwich. Worthless location.

Food here tasted old. Came during dinner time on a Friday night so it wasn’t an unusual time to have customers. The chicken fries and regular fries we got were all very dry and thin. It seemed like they had been dehydrating under the heat lamps all day. The cheeseburger I got was warm but just okay. I don’t usually go to burger king and this is a fast food chain after all, but this was a very disappointing experience. I don’t expect fresh food at a fast food place, but they could have reheated the food better.

Let’s just say they are the slowest drive thru I have ever gone through. If you order any variation of what the menu offers they will be too confused to change it so don’t bother. I only wanted to switch my sandwich from sausage to ham and they had the hardest time. Not to mention they over charged me and got annoyed when I asked them to fix it. Definitely not a quick and easy drive through.

If I could give a BIG FAT ZERO, I would!!! I went through drive-​thru to order, thinking it will be quick. Apparently a person I never saw at drive-​thru took my order, Elizabeth. Already annoyed from the commute, I had to repeat my order because Elizabeth COULD NOT HEAR!!! I wonder if it was due to her laughing and the people in the background laughing. However, it is funny that she was able to clearly hear my snide comments. When I drove up to the window to pay, BINGO!, there was the attitude and smug look, which definitely set me off. Then this two bit manager, Ricardo, had the nerve to call me rude as he let his employee continue to mouth off to me! Now that’s the pot calling the kettle black!!! What kind of establishment let’s employees so that??? Can you say HYPOCRITE??? To say the least, I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER!!! PAYING AND LOYAL CUSTOMERS KEEP YOUR RESTAURANT OPEN!!!
Never will I go to that location again!!! I suggest no one should go there!

This location is the best one I’ve tried. There was someone right at the counter to take my order when I walked in, and I got my order fast. They have a high tech soda machine which served fabulous Coke. My crispy chicken jr. and fries were hot and fresh. The dining room was huge, and the store was more visually appealing on the inside outside than other stores. This location definitely gets 5 stars.

Went through the drive-​through and everything went well while ordering. I told the worker through the intercom that the car behind me was paying and he said ok.
I drive up to the window and another worker asked me for the payment. I said again that the car behind me was paying. The worker rudely said ok you just wasted our time. Then instructed me to back up to the orange cone and drive forward again. Didn’t even explain why I wasted their time, it wasn’t even busy inside or at the drive-​through. I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service and I’ve been going here for years since it’s so close by to me.
The original worker that took my order in the first place was nothing but normal. I got my order and drove out. My order had everything in it so I didn’t make a big deal about it. Still don’t understand what that guy’s problem was.

Very much same fast food center. They offer faster service with smile. This is plus in compare with other Burger King. I will stop by if I am not get any fresh food.

Terrible that this place don’t offer plain water to their customer. New park Mall should do something about it

Just came to this bk and it was the worst one I been two, I ordered 2 number 3 s which is a double croissant with bacon and totally did not get what I paid for. Basically they stole my money. Everyone there should get fired, really pissed me off when I got home. Smh

I have rarely had any bad experiences at Burger King. They have a pretty good menu. I rarely eat there anymore, because I don’t eat fast food to much anymore. Like other fast food place they do have some healthy choices on the menu like salads and some cheaper dollar menu foods too. I liked their macaroni a cheese bites, but they got rid of those. Their cold mocha coffee is really good too. I remember there used to be a person at the drive thru who was terrible, but last time I went the person there was awesome, very courteous and efficient. There is one by my friend’s house off Lawrence. I will probably go to that one again someday when I go to my friend’s house.

The young and disrespectful Mexican guy taking our order didn’t put sweet and sour sauce for our chicken nuggets, so my bf gestured him to come back. He came back, opened the window, and said «WHATS UP?» So my bf asked for sweet and sour sauce and the rude ass only put in ONE then proceeded to say «have a good night» hella rudely lol.
Maybe you should just go on home and sleep if you don’t wanna fcking work. THAT’S what’s up.

These guys fail on customer service and when I placed an order they failed to give me my change and looked at me like I was stupid. You have a better chance of going to landess Burger King. This is why you work at Burger King.

For years I’ve been wishing for a Whopper with Big Mac sauce and it’s finally happened. Within hours of seeing the commercial I found myself in the Drive Thru with high expectations. It has been a few years since I’ve allowed myself to be tempted by fast, greasy, empty calories but this was a special occasion. Sadly, the Thousand Island that BK is using isn’t rich enough to stand up next to their flame broiled patty. Yet, I received my burger quickly and with a smile bigger than I expected for someone working on a slow day. Props to the bored girl working the Drive Thru.

Located next to Chot Nho Café, this Burker King offers a great parking location for local coffee… and the Chicken Cranberry Apple salad with apple cidar salad dressing is yummy!

God I love Burger King burgers.
This place is in dire need of a renovation. It’s been the same Burger King I’ve walked to when I was 5 years of age. I like coming here for the food, the service has always been hit-​or-​miss and the people seem antiquated.
Get a make-​over BK Lounge, and you’ll earn a star or two from me.
