I have been taking golf lessons from Mark for over 10+ years now. I started as a novice beginner with no clue about the golf swing. Mark started off with the basics and has help improve my swing and golf game over time. I come in regularly for tune ups, where Mark will take a look at my swing and make minor adjustments. I recently took his short game clinic and it has taken at least 4 – 5 strokes off my score per round. I would highly recommend paying Mark a visit if you are a beginner or even an advanced player. Mark will be able to help you with every aspect of the game.

Mark is a great golf instructor! I’ve been taking lessons over the past several years and I’m always learning something from him. His instruction is clear, not complicated. Some instructors get you to change this, that, your grip and everything else. Mark looks at your swing, improves it, and makes it better. I highly recommend him for general swing instruction and putting!

My friend and I just completed an Aimpoint lesson with Mark Dorcak at Spring Valley to help with our putting and reading of the greens. Mark was clear and concise in his instruction and highly helpful. I came away from his lesson with more confidence in my putting. Above all, his explanation of feeling the tilt of the green and his patience with us until we got it, was excellent. I highly recommend taking a lesson with Mark if your confidence in putting and reading of the greens is a problem for you. I liked that 2 of us were taking the lesson as I was learning things in watching my buddy as well. Note: the cost of a 90 minute lesson is less than the cost of a new putter!

Just completed an AimPoint method putting lesson with Mark and it was exactly what I was looking for; a simple yet effective method for analyzing the direction and amount a put will break. This together with determining the approximate speed (Stimpmeter value) of the green provides an effective strategy for determining putt alignment and pace. I took the lesson with a golfing buddy which I think is an excellent idea since it provides an opportunity for feedback and reinforcement of executing the AimPoint methodology we learned together. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!
