Phở ga(chicken phở) was really good. Chicken was nice and tender with right amount of skin. Broth was near-perfect and didn’t even have to use any sriracha or oyster sauce. Metal spoons were kinda funky and they have a wall of shame for people that dined and dashed — mostly mexicans lol. Must be good if people eat here even without money.

Came here on a Wednesday night after going to Dave and Buster’s and I must say the food was yummy(not because we were all border line drunk, but because it was really good lol). We arrived about 2 am and was seated immediately. For a group of 12+, we got our food pretty fast and everything was accurate. This place must be good because I think about coming back just to have some. Everyone enjoyed their food and their service was great. Great & fast service!

First time coming here but I thought the place looks like a crammed diner. It was pretty busy when we got here. The customer service was average. I got the beef meatball phở and the broth was extremely flavorful! It was just too much flavor for me. They were very generous with the meatballs.

A Milpitas institution with leagues-better broth than Phở Kim Long. Family-run business with efficient service and great for take-out. Open actually late as in the am(at least 2 am and 3 am on the weekends), not faux late as in 9:30 pm. A weekly stop for my phở dac biet, grilled chicken or pork rice plates, tofu and veggie yellow noodle stir fry, or egg rolls fix. Good soda lemonade and Vietnamese coffee as well. Prepare to mix with all strata of Milpitas residents, from families post-Mass to drunks post-clubbing, No worries, the food outshines them all.

Rice plates, rice plates, rice plates!!! This place is all about the rice plates!!! They hook it up and even give you a little sample of the phở! My partner always orders the grilled hickey rice plate and I fluxes tw between grilled pork and the meatball phở. #1 phở indeed! Don’t forget to check out their frosted pearl drinks either!

Went today and was shocked to find a bead in my food. Complained to the manager who took the bead and threw it away. He did not compensate the entire meal either. Do not go here. They are not clean and do not care about providing quality customer service.

Don’t know why so many negative reviews. Who goes«I could go for some amazing service lets go for some phở» NO. If you did you would go to a white collar restaurant and pay white collar prices. We all know when we have that craving for phở either you are sick or hungover and want that magic cure all or just damn hungry. Or maybe all 3. And this place has some of the best phở in the bay area hands down. If you are sick get the chicken noodle. My go to has and always will be the beef ball soup!

Found hair in my phở. Spoon and chopsticks very dirty. Also the fried food had oil dripping all over plate. Customer service is very rude

I really hate going to restaurants that do not offer any apology for their shortcomings. Waited over 30 min for my food and then it was too cold to eat! Yuck. I told them but they only microwaved my food! Enough is a enough! Gave the food back and out the door! Stay away!

They’re open late… that’s a plus for you party people who aren’t feeling ihop? It’s not even about customer service at this point. The place is shabby, the phở is probably the worst(over cooked noodles, broth is too salty, pad thai was also overcooked and bland) it just wasn’t a good experience.

Egg rolls were pretty good, Phở was alright, not the best. The avocado dessert drink was TERRIBLE! It was hot in the bottom with a little bit of ice on top which melt down pretty quickly. It tasted a little salty and the avocado was rotten because it was brown inside. They still serve to Customers… that was the worst avocado drink ever. Don’t let the picture fool you. Don’t get any dessert.

Came here last night during the second half of the Super Bowl. My girlfriend and I just wanted some phở and we heard this place was good. She ordered chicken and I ordered vegetarian. And ended it with fried banana and ice-cream. I guess we were more concerned with the game /bruno mars concert than the food and service to notice whether it was good/bad. We got our food, it was pretty good, but they use lemon instead of limes(I’m used to limes from other restaurants). I would have liked it if they put more tofu in my phở, there were probably about 4 large pieces, but it wasn’t filling at all. The fried banana was OK, not the best and not the worst, but I probably wouldn’t order it again. I would definitely come back for the phở though. They were friendly and they let us sit at our table just watching the game with out rushing us in any way. Overall it was a good experience and I would come back(A-OK, plus one for being good enough to return)

Thank you Phở Mai for opening into the late hours. This place really hits the spot when you have late night hunger and you’re sick so you want something warm. The service was eh… they eventually got our order and it felt like it took forever for our meals to come out. I’m used to getting my phở less than 10 minutes after I order. They also skimped out on the bean sprouts and side stuff :/ The phở itself was not bad. The broth was good and so was the noodles. And for once, I couldn’t finish all my meat. After a while, I just wasn’t feeling it anymore. Overall, this place wasn’t bad, but I’ve been to to better places. At least it’s open late night.

Sweet baby Jesus! Best Phở in the eastbay and they are open really late. Start with the #83 and work your way up the menu.

Late night Phở at its best! This place is open until 3AM and offers a nice selection at this hour. Why choose Denny’s when you have can have Phở?

The lady forgot about me and my boyfriend for 15 minutes. I guess they gave us water then just bounced. I had to go up to the counter and order. Also, the broth isn’t even good. I’ve lived in the area long enough to learn how to tell good phở from bad and this place is pretty bad. It had some sort of aftertaste that I couldn’t really describe. The only redeeming quality about this place is that it’s open really late for the drunk crowd. Still… meh.
