Bad service food was poorly prepared, took a long time to make, pretty expensive for food court and the salmon was slightly burned, 2 stars

Ordinary mall place to grub. They’ve got a mix of Mediterranean food plus boba drinks. That’s a weird combo… I’ve never seen before. Service is ordinary as well. Nothing extraordinary! They have beef, lamb, and chicken shawarma which is all Halal. If you don’t know what halal is it’s similar to kosher. It’s blessed meat! We ordered two shawarma wraps. One chicken and one lamb. They had tomatoes, lettuce, and grilled onions inside. I loved the grilled onions. We were given a red sauce and white house sauce on the side. Neither were spicy enough for my liking tho. Most likely, we will try something else if we are in the area. They are located next to Sears Outlet in the food court.(The Great Mall)

Got the #3 and was not impressed. Meat was dry. You can tell it was not made fresh. It was not hot but it was somewhat warm. Don’t waste your money here!

This place is not good at all. Food was horrible. We got chicken gyro plate and hummus. Chicken didn’t had any taste and hummus was so watery, didn’t taste like anything. We also wanted falafel and fries but they didn’t had it.

My next best preferred choice to Indian cuisine would be Mediterranean! Any Day! Sam’s Kebab & Gyros always comes to our rescue whenever we(myself & the hubby) hit Great Mall for shopping. This place is located at the food court area inside Great Mall, opposite to UNIQLO, in Neighborhood 4. No worries on finding a good parking for your vehicle, for Great Mall has huge parking lot. Staff working here are quick. Filling food with reasonable pricing. Decent place with enticing menu, favoring both Veg & Non-Veg eaters. Expect the long lines during busy weekends at the mall, especially during pre weekends to any upcoming festival. We always pick ’19 Falafel plate’, costs $ 8.29 per plate, from their menu, our most favorite & easy to go from here. It has, ~ 5 Falafels — Crispy & tastes YUM ! ~ 3 Dolma — Stuffed Grape Leaves, tastes good(if you’re used to eating Dolmas, then am sure you’l love it). ~ 1 pita bread — Soft & thick bread. ~ Hummus & Veggies as side & salad — Fresh Veggies including Cucumber, Tomato, Lettuce, scrapped Carrots & Radish; Hummus has just the right amount of flavors, tastes good. Grab their cucumber sauce & hot chilli sauce, tastes great when you mix it with the veggie salad. The plate is as filling as a full meal and I would consider this as a better option than pizza or pasta or any rice variety. The plate is healthy except for fried falafels, which is partially healthy. Once in a while, we’ve had their tasty & flavorful Veggie wraps too. We’ll keep coming here just to enjoy munching their Falafels!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

I tried the tapioca tea there, probably the biggest scam I had so far with drinks in the mall. On the picture it has tapioca balls in it, but don’t be tricked not in the real tea! Unless you pay extra to order«Jelly», and wait for 10 minutes for it! Any decent tapioca tea shop should have tea available immediately or please don’t try customer sense of humor…

This one is located in the Milpitas Great Mall Food court. The service is horrible at best. The woman owner acts like she is not serving you food but doing you a favor. Even the dealerships on Steven Creek give you a better service!;) Food is small in portion and below average at best. I highly recommend to try other eateries at the food court instead. For descent Mediterranean food I recommend to try Falafel Corner in Santa Clara instead.

Chicken gyro was delish save for the fact that the chicken was over cooked and dry from sitting too long in the warmer. The ingredients inside were good and they had a good mix of sauces to choose from.

Bought a no. 18. Today when visiting the great mall in Milpitas. Wait was way too long. A simple order took 25 minutes. I only saw 4 or 5 groups ahead but they are struggling to prepare right orders to customers. They couldn’t handle pressure. The guy who took care of register just casually turned kebab on the grill. Very unprofessional. This place is so cheap I didn’t see any chef like personnel do the real cooking. Way understaffed. The kebabs they served was lack of flavors at all. I would rate them with no star if I could. What’s worse: they serve corn tortilla instead of pita bread. What a joke.

They are cheating people openly the price on display and price on the bill are different for veggi plate. they refused to accept their mistake and are not ready to correct the price on the display. Very rude. Please be aware of them. I have taken pics of display and bill, will upload later.

This is a review for the beef and lamb gyro plate. It’s delicious! The beef and lamb gyro plate comes with rice, pita, gyro meat, and salad(red cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and vinaigrette dressing). You can also get cucumber sauce, tahini sauce, and hot sauce on the side. The meat is very tender and flavorful, the rice is very soft, and the dressing in the salad has the right amount vinegar. I’m not a huge fan of pitas since rice is plenty of carbs already but they use pitas that split easily. That way you can stuff them with the ingredients. I am giving 4-star because the service is not spectacular(expected for a food court) and they are kind of slow. It’s very comparable to Mikonos AND cheaper(by 3 – 4 bucks)!

Not sure why the reviews are a little on the lower side for this place. Pricing is fine, the smoothies are amazing, and the food is overall pretty good. It’s mall food so my expectations are always a little on the lower side, but this place made me feel I really wasn’t at the mall. The cash register guy was also very helpful and nice which is always a bonus at the food court. I’m a huge fan of Mediterranean food so that they even have this at the food court is a nice surprise. The gyro wasn’t the best I’ve had, but it wasn’t bad by any stretch of the imagination Thumbs up overall.

A pretty good place for being a mall joint. Food is reasonably fresh and the servings are large. Nice selection of drinks and sauces as well as different bubble teas. If you want something different and you don’t feel like the typical greasy mall fare this is the place to go. Quick and affordable Mediterranean grub to get yourself tanked up for shopping.

I love Mediterranean, Lebanese and Greek food way more than I should. My experience here was terrible, though. Not only did it take *forever* to get my food even though there were no other customers(14 minutes for a gyro? Yikes), the meal itself was completely awful. I had two choices, when it came to the meat — dry and flavorless or greasy and flavorless. The hummus was like soup, and did not taste like anything of note, the veggies were limp and uninspired and the grape leaves were inedible. The falafal was okay, though.

I liiiike this place. I went two days in a row! Was just really craving gyros and didn’t know where else to go. I just ordered the lamb and beef combo both times and stocked up faaat on the cucumber sauce. The hot sauce is delicious too! However the tahini for myself tasted a little ranchy and thicker, I could do well without. I loved it both times, it hit the spot I was craving for. I’ve definitely had better, tasted better, but this just takes the cake for a quick fix and it’s very much impressive being just in a mall food court. I totally recommend it!(for the one gyro I got, at least. I haven’t tried the other foods.) I didn’t order fries, the one gyro is the perfect size and perfect serving. Even half of one was fine for me for a meal!

There are two reasons that I’m giving this place a two-star review. The first one is that the food is merely serviceable. I tried a chicken gyro, a mixed gyro(beef, lamb and chicken), hummus, and dolma. The gyros were fine. The meat was a little dry in the chicken one and the mixed one rather overloaded with cucumber. The sauces were cucumber, sesame, and a hot and spicy one. You got heat and no flavor depth from the hot one and the tahini(sesame) tasted like nothing at all. The cucumber tasted like cucumber and nothing else. The dolma was very vinegary and mushy. I ended up tossing out 3 of the 5 rolls because, though it wasn’t bad, it wasn’t worth the calories. The hummus was fine. The texture was nice and smooth, but it also lacked any real punch. It needed more garlic. On the plus side, the dolma and hummus were well-presented on a bed of fresh greens in the take-out container they were served in. Though the food was just okay, I was rather dissatisfied with a service-related issue. I bought an Amazon Local deal for this place which said that it entitled the bearer to «two gyros wraps, two sides, and two drinks.» It did not specify anywhere that you could only have specific food items in the information online or on the printed voucher. When my husband and I presented the voucher, we were told that we would get two chicken wraps, two orders of French fries and two drinks because any other options were too expensive. When we challenged this, the clerk told us he «spoke to the owner» and that anyone with those vouchers got those items only. Only after asking for a refund rather than be forced to choose the cheapest items did he allow us to order what we wanted and were clearly due based on the terms of the voucher. As food court food goes, this was better than some options, but not great Mediterranean food. I would also caution anyone against using the Amazon Local vouchers here as they will try to switch the terms of the deal when you order.
