Got the CY-​85 Range Hood and everything went pretty well overall from sales to installation. The CY-​85 is the more popular model.
The product works really well and was a lot quieter than our previous range hood unit.
Got free installation if less than 30 miles from store.
The sales person speaks doesn’t speak English that well but is fluent in Mandarin/​Chinese well.
The sales person prefers one show up in person than talk on the phone.

I ordered a fan to be installed in the my rental property. They send a contractor to installed it collected the check without leaving a receipt to my tenant. So I call this lady in the office asking for a receipt. She told me that I did not ask before she send the guy to install it. So they did not prepare it for me. This is kind of ridiculous. So I ask her to send it to my home address. She gave me different kinds of reason trying not to do it. Then she promise to send the receipt. But after 5 days, i still did not get the receipt. What a shitty service, refuse to giving customer a receipt.

agreed, their customer service is super shitty. i called to ask for pricing on their kitchen hood. I called at 6 (they close at 6), and i heard someone picking it up and hanging up without answering. so i called again. that someone didnt bother to try and help me, even though it would take only a minute, and she said they are closed at 6 and call back tomorrow. =_=
