Lousy customer service. Bought a SSD for a customer about a year ago, and it failed(go figure). Had to ship it back and they had to verify it was bad, so far about 3 weeks turnaround time. 3 weeks without a disk? What a piece of work!

My parents and I bought memory cards for our phones through SanDisk’s Amazon store. Everything is working well so far. Most of the USB Flash Drives I’ve used are produced by SanDisk Corporation. I have not used MP3 players made by SanDisk but I am currently using Memory Card and USB Flash Drives made by them. I don’t recall a time when I encountered major problems with SanDisk products. I find flash drives and memory cards made by SanDisk to be very reliable. Pricing for SanDisk products can go from inexpensive to the ultra high-end range. I’ll definitely turn to SanDisk if I need to purchase another USB Flash Drive, Memory Card or a Hard Drive from them. Looking for a device to store your files — from documents to photos? Check out products by SanDisk at Costco, Office Depot or anywhere technological equipment and accessories are sold.

I bought a Sansa Clip+ 4gb mp3 player because it has an FM radio option. None of the iPods have FM capabilities. In my opinion and recommendation don’t buy this piece of crap. I got it on sale for $ 45 and thought it was a good deal. I’m on my third one since the first two died for no reason. I didn’t drop it or do anything other than add music and play it. SanDisk makes you go through all these gyrations of trying to diagnose the problems, then has you send it back to them and wait 3 weeks to get it back. Now, the clip broke so I can’t clip it onto anything. Once this dies again, I’ll just use my phone for music and radio. Stick to Apple or cell phones. They are 10 times more reliable.

I have two Compact Flash data cards from SanDisk Corporation, Mandarin described as hao buhao, which it does the job but not to the fullest of my $ 50.00. For one 256MB Compact Flash card at this price in a past life when data storage equipment was very expensive I did not maximize usage as the card was unable to contain my 1,000 photos of my nine year history with the corresponding camera. Where data is important as this 2011 era has gone digital, choose a different brand name for data storage where without fault to safely store photos and other medium.

I bought a Sandisk Sansa Clip player at the beginning of 2009, and the volume control stopped working at the end of September. It was still under warranty then, so they replaced it, and I have been reasonably happy since then. Now, eight months later, the unit has the very same problem; if I push the up volume control, nothing happens. If I push the down volume button, the volume drops to 0(you can only do that once, by the way) and the unit stops working as an mp3 player. Sandisk Technical Support says that there’s nothing they can do(they don’t offer a repair service or replacement parts), so I’ll need to buy a new mp3 player. While this unit is very small, can clip to my shirt collar, and when working, sounds great, I can’t rely on Sandisk to fix what is obviously a defect in manufacture. I recommend strongly that you avoid this product line and this company. I will. If you can recommend a small., well-built mp3 player, I’d appreciate it.
