Ever since Damien left this place has gone down hill. Wait time in this store is at least 45 minutes. There are new faces every timeI walk in their. Go some where else.

Walked in, no greeting. Waited, no service. Walked out, no new customer for Sprint. I wonder if they really want new customers, there was only 1 customer in the store so can’t say they were busy. Not coming back

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get my S6 edge replaced here without a problem (though insurance). S6 edge users… beware of the screen rotation problem.
Even though this is just a retail store, there are some very knowledgeable staff here. They did trouble shooting on my phone and helped transfer my stuff from my old phone to the replacement phone. This review would be five stars. but one of the staff did a factory reset on my phone without properly saving the contacts.

My husband and I stopped in after our date night wanting to change our plan to T-​Mobile but Peter Bowman took the time to go over our plan and make some good suggestions that will help lower our bill. Long story short. Peter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sprint family plans. Keep up the good work Sprint is lucky to have you.

I came to this store recently, dreading the hassle of changing phones as in the past, I remember it being such a pain.
Not so at this store.
I ended up upgrading my iPhone and Stephen was able to transfer all my important data from my old phone to my new one fairly quickly.
Plus, he showed me I was eligible for a less expensive plan than what I was currently paying.
Kudos to him and the rest of the staff there that made the task of upgrading phones a more pleasurable experience than what I remember dealing with in the past.

WOW I am really glad I was referred to Peter at the Milpitas Sprint store. Thanks Peter Bowman he got me a great deal on the phone and the phone plan. I saved a lot of money from what I was paying and really like the phone he recommended.
All of the staff were very friendly and I liked how they acknowledged you as soon as you walk in and let you know they will be with your shortly rather than take a number and be very very patient like in other stores I had visited.
Peter not only gave me a great deal on the phone but showed me the best accessories that would fit my needs after he ask a few questions on how I planned to use the phone. No one else ever asked me about how I plan to use the phone only here is the phone for me.

Great customer service from Stephen & Ricky! They were all very Friendly & knowledgeable. I got the samsung galaxy s6 edge & my hubby got the regular s6. We are both very happy with our selections. This sprint store was very clean and organized as well. We always come here to change plans, for technical service, and for upgrades too. We love it here! Highly recommend this store. After going through 3 replacement phones (all other replacement phones were refurbished and all had problems with them) they finally brought it to higher management to get it switched out to a completely new one. I get a call to come in and I said I’ll be coming in in like 30 minutes. Once I get there they told me the boss wasn’t there yet and had to wait roughly an hour for him to get there. (Couldn’t have told me to come later?) I’ve always wanted to write a bad review but for what? This had to top it off though. Sprint gotta step their shit up and think about the customer and not have them come in 20 times and wait for an unnecessary amount of time. Hopefully this is my last visit till my next upgrade.

DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give a negative 1, I would. Horrible customer service and they just lie and lie to you. They never called when my phone came in, and when I wanted to cancel the upgrade to get the iPhone 6 plus, they charged a fee even though the phone was never activated nor left the store, and they did not reverse the upgrade even though I paid the fee and sat there for almost 2 hours. They could not even get it done right for us. I had to go to corporate store to get it canceled and reversed. The staff at the Milpitas location did nothing but lied to us.

I got a Unilocal account to write about the service at this store. I recently broke my iphone. I went into this store and went to the repair center. Mharro, the service tech, made it so painless about my replacement. She looked at my account, helped me log onto my icloud to shut it off, order my new phone. I was able to get my new phone in 2 days. The staff were attentive and friendly. It was seriously the fastest experience I received ever for phone repair. Its not busy at this location which I like.

This is mostly for Damien. His service was really awesome. I went in there with a frazzled attitude because I had broken my phone that morning and I didn’t have much time to get it looked at. He had me in and out in really no time, and even though they weren’t able to repair my phone, he explained my options to me and got me signed up for a good plan that didn’t affect my billing. I got a brand new phone with all my info backed up on it. It was a really streamlined process and I left feeling at ease.

I’d do a 4.5 for this review. I haven’t purchased a service yet, so when I do, I will see if I can come back and have them upgrade me.
I had a problem with my battery and I called to see if they would be able to help out. While it wasn’t a perfect situation, it was an improvement from my current one. The associates were really helpful and courteous and did their best to help me with my battery issue, which I really appreciated.

Only cz there is no way to put zero stars i going to give this store 1. And the reason is. The crap costumer service and inefficient employees this store has. I swear they better change the people in this store. I will never stop by.

I was a bit apprehensive about coming to this store after reading all of the reviews, but I cannot say I had the same negative experience everyone else is saying. I had lost my phone a while ago and was surviving off a 7 year old flip phone. It had finally given up on me and my contract was up for renewal, so my family and I came here to upgrade our plan and get new phones. We had some extremely bad luck that night since the Sprint system was updating and everything was slow. The activation process that should have taken less than half an hour ended up taking over an hour. On top of that, some pesky kid was playing with one of the display phones and set off the alarm because he was pulling too hard on the phone. The sales associate didn’t have the key to turn off the alarm, so that was an hour and a half of us ever so slowly getting our phones activated while listening to an incessant «beep, beep, beep…»
So after such a long and annoying experience, why the 4 stars? Because none of this was his fault! Sprint is surely getting an angry email from me for updating their system during work hours since that’s a dumb move when people are trying to purchase products, but the sales associate, David, kept apologizing and tried to appease us in any way possible. Sure it took forever to get our phones, but at least we got them. He threw in some screen protectors for us and applied them for us, and then told us to come back the next day so that he could tell us about our new phones.
We actually had to come here one more time about a week later because we realized my mom’s new phone wasn’t working — it would be fully charged and kept shutting down. We went in, told them what was happening, and they just switched out the phone. Easy peasy.

My new phone died on me, reasons unknown. The tech at this Sprint store managed to get it to turn back on briefly before it shut down again, and for good this time. So they just said they’d replace the phone.
Turnaround was quick (faster than quoted), staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Got a call letting me know my phone was ready.
There’s a temperature controlled workstation soldering iron set up for SMT work in the back — these guys are serious.
And re: all these shitty reviews, I worked a service gig for 6 years, and you know what, people tend to act nice if you do too. Having not been there to witness the circumstances that caused such unfavorable feedback I cannot say bad attitudes from one or both parties was to blame, but I personally smile more when someone smiles back, and presumes good will.

Stopped here a few months ago.
Almost chose to stop looking at the possibility of switching over to Sprint first and foremost because of this location.
I’ve never been ignored and skipped like I was there, not to mention I was in uniform and there’s no way they could have missed me standing and waiting patiently, VERY patiently. I stood around and saw people walk in after me and receive help without even a greeting toward me or any explanation for why they just decided not to help me.
I don’t remember the guys name but I guess he fills in for the store and normally works at Westfield mall in SJ. I would understand if maybe the other people were, by some chance, told to come back in a few minutes and they had actually been there before me but I highly doubt it. A simple greeting or acknowledgement would have salvaged my experience.
I just left the store and will not return.

Wow! I couldn’t believe the reviews I just read! They’re all spot on. here’s my experience.
1^st visit: looking to replace/​repair a phone with a cracked screen, customer service tech was extremely rude, saying that we couldn’t replace the phone even though we had been paying for the insurance since we purchased the phone. Eventually gave us a card of his buddy who fixes screens locally (who, by the way, was an ass over the phone when we called him). — I’m pretty sure Assurian and Sprint would be pissed that they denied us from filing a claim about a phone we’d been paying insurance on to replace the phone.
2^nd visit: went in to activate an iPhone as a replacement for the phone I «couldn’t» get fixed. The guy that helped me was a little helpful but still rude telling me that an iPhone was an inferior product and trying to get me to buy an Android. He then told me that I was wasting my time on an iPhone, then tried to show me how awesome his Android was (which was rooted and set up EXACTLY like an iPhone, so really, inferior?)
3^rd visit: went in to buy an Otterbox for my boyfriend’s phone that we just replaced. They didn’t have it – fine, no big deal. We went to look at some of the other phones. Dude comes over, starts talking to my boyfriend. I don’t really care what they’re talking about because I have an iPhone, and they’re talking about rooting their phones. Dude says, «Look at her, she looks like she doesn’t have any idea what we’re talking about, haha.» THAT pissed me off. He has no idea who I am or what I know. And that was absolutely offensive. My opinion is that these guys need a serious course in customer service and things NOT to say to customers. I walked out of that store so fast, making known that I’m not an idiot and that I won’t be treated as such.
I can handle a few lazy employees, and even smug ones who think they know best, but when I’m offended because I’m a woman and, apparently to these guys females are stupid and can’t possibly know anything about rooting a phone, I will NOT return to this POS store.
If you decide to come in and get help, be prepared for lazy people who think you know nothing about anything. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I hate going into Sprint stores. Since I moved over from At&T I’ve had so many issues. Partially because I now have a blackberry. I show up a few hours before closing and they told me it was too late to bring my phone in for service and I had to come back the next day. The salesperson told me my phone was no good and tried to sell me their old one. Nice.
Their only saving grace was Darrell the technician was a good guy. In the end my phone got replaced but the whole experience took longer than it needed.
