Long line to order food(15 mins) and they can’t even provide a cup of water. Subway claims to be environmentally friendly but lets their restaurants serve only bottled water. Food tasted great though.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with subway. I work for subway so I know what is suppose to go on a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It comes with double cheese but the lady only gave me two slices. I asked for two more and she said it would be extra, I then said that I work for subway and I know it comes with double cheese to which she asked her co worker then said it doesnt come with extra cheese at this location. So I gave up and just payed for my sandwich and sat down to eat and call corporate. They confirmed that it does come with double cheese. Then when I started to eat I noticed a funny taste. The veggies tasted like someone spilled old milk on them and the chicken had mold on it. Shortly after this i started to feel bad. This place sorely disappointed me, and I wish that they would just remember the formulas, and also do quality control on the food. The ladies were also severely rude. My advice? Avoid this subway and go to another one. Ps: I got sick from the food.

This one sucks, I and my friend bought foot long sandwiches, and asked for cup on water, reply was. We only give bottle water, cup is not available. Every restaurant gives free water in U. S but I guess this one does nt.

I come here every friday around 6 pm to purchase my dinner. Always the same sandwich. Never been disappointed. It’s normally busy when I go and the 5 hispanic ladies behind the counter do a great job back there churning out sandwiches at lighting speed.

Usually stop by here for a quick lunch. I go before 11:30a for lunch during the weekdays. I hate crowds.

I’ve wrote about a million reviews on different Subway’s. Thing is its just about the same every where you go, so instead of wasting my time writing the same review, I suggest you go and read my other on. If you been to any other Subway, I can almost guarantee you that it’s the same here, only thing that would be different might be is their service, that’s only because they have different people working at different locations =)~

Subways are usually not different between each other, but this one does not have all the deals that most have, and actually have limited selection of sandwich add-ons.

Is it just me or the sandwiches seems smaller here compared to other places? I see most people complained about the service here but I personally didn’t have a bad experience nor did I have a good one. The lady made me my sandwich with a angry/sad face on. That’s about it. Bathrooms are clean =) that’s a +… Right?

Subway is the way to go, especially with the customer service this place provides. I don’t know why other people hate the service, it’s a lot better than the ones in San Jose where it’s primarily Indians that talk a lot of crap about you in their language haha. For the most part they have been good to me, hopefullly it never changes.

I like to think of myself as a patient woman… but today I was about ready to knock heads together!!! I came to the Mall and decided to grab a sandwich. I really like Subway’s veggie sandwiches so I decided to get one today. Me: Hi! Can I please get a 6 inch veggie on wheat? Lady: Do you want cheese on that? Me: Yes… provolone please. Lady: Do you want it toasted? Me: No thank you! Lady grabs my bread and cuts it and asks me again… Lady: What kind of cheese do you want? Me: Provolone. Lady: Do you want it toasted? Me:(again) No thank you! She throws two slices of cheese on it. Another lady takes it and the woman helping me before says something to her. Then my sandwich goes into the toaster. Uhmmm… I didn’t want it toasted! It comes out of the toaster and another lady looks at me ready to put my toppings on it. Me: Well I didn’t want it toasted but whatever its done. Can I have everything on it please but no mayonnaise. Lady: proceeds to put toppings on and throws the sandwich together. Then starts to squirt mayo on my sandwich. Me: STOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!! I DON’T WANTMAYOOOOOOOOO!!! *everyone stops in their tracks* Ha! Ha! Me: I want mustard please and salt and pepper. I think I scared these people but my patience was about as high as it was going to go. And I won’t even blame this poor experience on a language barrier… these ladies understood me, I understood them but they chose not to listen or care on how I wanted it. Will not be coming back… besides their sandwiches here are twice as small as the ones I get on a regular basis at the Mountain View location.

For someone trying to eat healthier a la Jared, this is a great alternative to fatty fast food choices. They have lots of different breads to choose from or wraps as well. If your feeling salad they have it too. I like the 6 grams of fat or less menu, it helps you keep your eating in check. I like the Subway club or Turkey sandwiches. This is not as indulging as another fav or mine, Quizno’s, but you can feel better that you ate something good, that’s healthy!
