Very kind servers. She remembers my order and always greets me with a smile. Their tea is awesome and tastes fresh. My favorite is their honey green tea with aloe. Not too sweet and very refreshing!

I had the Litchi Green Tea for the first time. It’s really refreshing, tastes like Litchi Juice with fresh Litchi. There is also a decent amount of tea flavor. A really refreshing drink for a hot day, it hit the spot when I was in the mood for something besides Milk Tea.

Ten ren is one of my favorite milk tea places! You can really taste the tea which is what i really like and they’re also sweet, but not too sweet :) Their toppings are always delicious and every time I go there I always get the Roasted Oolong milk tea with grass jelly because it’s the best. My mom got their passionfruit tea with lychee jelly and usually i don’t like passionfruit, but they made it taste okay :) It’s a bit cramped inside, but that’s okay cause they bring out the drinks quickly and you’re out within 5 minutes. The workers are really kind too!

100% of the time that I’ve went here expectations are on point. Ten Ren is one of my favorite place to get boba! Sucks that there’s a $ 5 minimum for credit card, but oh well. I usually get the black milk tea with grass jelly! Their grass jelly is sooooo good that I don’t care when they fill it to half of the cup. I need to expand my palate and try the other flavors. Damn now I want boba

My favorite and go to boba place. The peach milk tea with boba is delicious and it comes with jelly chunks so it’s extremely yummy. Also the rose tea with rainbow jelly is a very refreshing drink if you’re craving something light. The tea is very delicious and everything is made on spot. Unlike many boba shops that emphasize on the sugary, milk on their drinks, Ten Ren focuses on its quality of tea with the milk just adding to it. Happy hour is also wonderful. Also know that each Ten Ren has its own variations. The one in Cupertino has different drinks than this one and the drinks that are the same are different.

One of my favorite places to get milk tea! Drinks are always amazing but a word of warning, the tea flavor is strong but that’s how I like my tea drinks. Pearls are a little bland but their lychee jelly is great. The service is spectacular and I would recommend this place to anyone. Recommendation: Green Tea Powder Drink with lychee jelly! My other go-to drink is the Mango Green Tea with lychee jelly as well.

Not as up to par as the Ten Ren’s in Socal. Ordered a roasted oolong but it tasted like regular milk tea, didn’t hit the spot. Parking is a bit insane in the plaza especially during the weekend during lunchtime. Service was so so.

One of the best Bobo tea houses around! The store is all about fine teas, selling loose leaf teas of all kinds. Not a David’s tea type of tea house, these teas are more the traditional teas from Asia. Their bobo teas are awesome as well, fresh teas and not overly sweet. If you are looking for more of a refreshing drink as opposed to a dessert replacement, this is a good place to consider. They also use Five Star so you can easily accumulate points.

Real tea that you can taste! Not super sugary like other places. I hate myself for not trying this earlier when I live so close by. My new go-to boba place on the area! First off, it’s a few doors down from TapEx and the bakery in the same complex as Tung Kee. It’s to go orders only, so no sitting in. They have happy hour from 4−6pm on weekdays. They’re very fast and efficient at making drinks from what I’ve seen. I got the green milk tea with grass jelly for my first time to test the waters. Sooooo good! Actually tastes like tea and not overly sweet or thick. The grassy jelly is what got me, it’s so soft and basically melts in your mouth. Also it’s decently priced as well, cost friendly if you take into account quality imo. I paid $ 3.50 for a large size. I can’t wait to try their other flavors, especially those that can give an extra caffeine boost when you need it. Will be back for more drinks and to check out their teas! I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

This is probably my third time coming here! Can’t go wrong with authentic teas! They use real teas to make their drinks. I have a habit of getting Jasmine green tea/milk tea whenever I find a new bubble tea place to try. I judge it by their green tea flavors. If I find it really good, I go out of my way to go there even if it’s somewhat far! Their set up is nice, you can browse around while sipping on some drinks. I would like to bring my mom here, I have high hopes that she will love this place like I do. She’s a real tea lover like me! Can’t wait to bring her here one day. The first time I went here, I ordered the Jasmine milk tea with p earl, of course! I fell in love. It was just the right amount of sweetener and the strong flavor of green tea was definitely there. I was happy. I also got to try their some type passion fruit slushy. I forgot the name already, lol. If you are a big fan of sweets, then go for it. It was so overly sweet for me, blah. I can’t tolerate too much sweetness, but that was sugary overload! It was good though. Even though the teas are brewed beforehand, their flavor is strong. Love it! I’m glad my food adventure brought me to this place. Another one of my faves! I recommend!

No iced mocha, but they have a blended mocha. No coffee jelly, but they have a bunch of other jellies. Great selection of teas. Smells great in this store. Looks professional with the marble counters.

Ten Ren is still the best milk tea around!!! Their green/black milk tea is solid… Pretty much anything they have you cant go wrong with, unless you don’t like a certain type of tea. Coconut milk tea is my new favorite! I don’t normally like coconut but this one is so good, and I’ve never seen it anywhere else! It’s yummy bc of the coconut milk they use :) Not syrup flavor! White peach tea, honey green tea, the list goes on and on! Herbal jelly is a must try because it’s silky smooth and so so sooooo fresh! Their pearls are always nice and chewy and aren’t sweetened that much which is a good thing because that can add too much sweetness to the drink(which is sweetened already) Their tea is pre made, but they brew the tea really well beforehand so none of that flavor is lost :) $ 5 card minimum Five Stars rewards program! Pick up a box of tea while you’re at it! They have really good teas to buy by the box or in bulk! They have my favorite matcha tea powder here. It’s a place for real tea lovers. I will always come back!

***THISPLACEUSESREALTEA — THANKYOU!!! Ten Ren is located in the middle of the plaza. Don’t let the tea inventory stuff fool you, this place is legit as it can get. Their menu makes my head wanna whirl. You come in, get what you want on the right side of the aisle from the boba-rista then you pay on the left side. Minimum on a card is $ 5, there’s Wells Fargo atm near the supermarket if you need cash. Five Card is accepted here to get your rewards! 10 points = a free drink. Happy Hour is 4−6pm which gives you DOUBLEPOINTS. I just got 10 points in less than two weeks, bwahah =P. **PEACHMANGOGREENMILKTEA — I love the lychee the lady added when I didn’t even ask for it. along with grass jelly and boba. SOGOOD. **MILKGREENTEA **FRESHGREENHONEYTEA **PASSIONFRUITGREENMILKTEA LOVETHEIRGRASSJELLY. Not only they serve boba, they have a great selection of tea you can drink at home!

I probably got the wrong drink here. I ordered a mango yogurt and it seems this place is known for their fresh tea. I didn’t like my drink at all and it was ridiculously sweet. I probably won’t be here again since I live pretty far, but I would recommend trying one of their regular teas. Oh and this is a super Asian place, the workers were yelling to each other in Mandarin. Bring cash.

Ten Ren never disappoints! No matter where I go! The TR I go to is in Cupertino because it’s closer to where I’m usually at, but the Milpitas one is just as good. Finally, a chain I can trust. I usually get the black pearl milk tea, and their boba is unfailingly chewy/QQ, tea brewed to authentic flavors, and milk just perfect. After a breakfast eating dim sum at Golden Palace in the same plaza, we stopped by here(as Asians do) and had boba! I decided to go with their taro milk tea with added LYCHEE jelly and boba pearls, two of my favorite toppings. I’m not really a mess with my toppings gal, but that day I was feeling adventurous and it totally paid off. I tried everyone else’s drinks, but I think I had the best one. As with many boba places, they can never fully get the sweetness level of taro to 0%, but I told them to get it as low as possible which was JUSTPERFECT. The chewyness of the pearls and jelly balanced the little sweet taro and tea. YES Ten Ren, you make me swoon over and over again. *Also, I love that every Ten Ren smells like tea leaf eggs*

Ten Ren is a place that you should come for the tea — that’s what they’re known for. They do have other blended and mixed drinks but those are probably sub par compared to the tea based drinks, which are exceptional. This is a little shop that specializes in tea: tea flavors and brewing it to perfection. It’s run by Chinese owners of an older generation and there is really no place to sit inside. It’s not one of those hip, let-me-sit-here-and-study, cute coffee shop type boba places. It’s a simple, come in, get your tea, and leave situation instead. The shop itself does sell high quality tea, which is what they use to make their drinks and what makes the tea drinks so good. The service is fairly quick. It’s never been extremely crowded here and overall, the people are nice, polite and patient. I suggest trying a tea-based drink, such as something with oolong, black or green tea(with or without milk). The fruity drinks are always good, although they do use syrup and nothing fresh as compared to some other places. My personal favorites are the passionfruit black tea and the honey green tea. Like I said, you can’t go wrong with an authentic tea drink at this place. The boba is sweet and chewy, definitely not the best I’ve had but overall decent. Also, I’m pretty sure that happy hour for their stamp cards(double stamps!!) starts at 4 pm since I had a waxing appointment at 3 pm, dropped by right after and I was still 20 minutes short of getting double stamps.

My niece introduced this place to me a couple months ago and I haven’t found a boba shop better than this one. Ten Ren specializes in tea and does it well! The teas are well balanced: not too sweet not too watery and the milk teas have a creamy texture to them. Bonus points for using a non dairy creamer! I’ve been very pleased with everything I’ve tried but my all time favorite remains the roasted oolong milk tea with herbal jelly. It’s a bit of an awkward ordering system as you order on the left side, pick up your drink and then turn 180 degrees to pay on the other side. They also sell a variety of teas in loose leaf or packets as well. I honestly just buy their bagged teas at the grocery stores since it’s a couple dollars cheaper. This also have a stamp card and happy hour on the weekdays where you get double stamps from like 3−5pm.

**Tea quality is Legit! Not like other Boba places** Okay so there’s this type of expensive loose leaf tea that my SO’s family always drinks. I always felt that they take their tea pretty seriously to be forking out a good amount of money to drink it everyday when they could be drinking any other Asian brand of tea at a fraction of the cost. Long and behold, it turns out that it’s Ten Ren tea! The tin cans gave it away when I walked in. Oh how I did not know that this brand is so well known and received in the Asian community. I had to tell my SO about this place cause he buys this tea brand in the supermarket at a marked up price. Soo. I’m sick. And what how relieving it was to order the Lemon Honey Green Tea with Aloe vera. This drink was so soothing and the aloe vera chunks they give is abundant! Came back 3x in one week just for it. My thoughts on my experience: — this place is ran by an older generation and not operated by hipsters like tapioca ex or starbucks. — serve time is fast(hot drinks are a longer wait) — it is Asian-y. You will hear the baristas yelling to the cashier in Chinese, telling them what you ordered to know what to ring you up for. — the walking space is tight since they have so much tea. –Walk in, order your drink, then TURN around to the counter behind you to pay(yeah layout is weird). –only rating this place based off of tea and boba. You want good boba pearls? Try Tapioca express, their boba pearls never fail but their tea sucks cause they always sugar it down. BUT if you want good legit traditional tea quality, this place is the place to go.

My boba radar was going off right after dinner, a tell-tale sign it was time to try a new boba place(and hopefully a new favorite). Ten Ren was just a few miles away so my darling hubby indulged in my insatiable appetite and took me there. Located in a BUSY, BUSY plaza, I had to run in by myself while my poor sweetie drove around the lot a few times. The establishment isn’t anything like your typical boba spots: no splashy seats, no colorful walls, and no cute cups. Ten Ren put all of its focus on authentic teas since half of their store was dedicated to shelves upon shelves of fresh tea leaves. I ordered the jasmine milk tea with grass jelly for only $ 3.50! So cheap! I took one sip and was hit with a refreshing taste of strong jasmine tea. It’s not milky or creamy like other places. The drink is more 80% tea and 20% milk, not exactly a beverage that will appease the sweet tooth, but is a great alternative for something a bit healthier. Hopefully we can come back to try more!

This review is just for the black milk tea so I’ll try to keep it short and simple. The place is located in a shopping plaza and the sign doesn’t scream Ten Ren so you’ll have to keep your eyes open if it’s your first time. The menu is on the board and there is quite a big selection of different milk teas. Tax is included in the price and the prices are pretty even so you’ll get even change back. There is a $ 5 minimum for credit card transactions. There are different cup sizes as well. The black milk tea will satisfy your milk tea and boba craving. I found it to be a bit on the sweeter side, but not overly. It is more milkier than tea like. I prefer mine to have a stronger black tea flavor, but this wasn’t bad. They give you a lot of pearls and they taste fresh and chewy. The register is behind the counter that makes the drinks. It was empty when I came in and they made my drink in less than a minute. It was the fastest I’ve ever gotten a drink. My small drink was exactly $ 3. Overall, the place seems authentic and offers a lot of choices. A little sweet but I found it to be quite good none the less.
