If you want to stock clothes for your next year or shop holiday gifts for your relatives and friends, please avoid this Tommy Hilfiger store at Great Mall managed by «Lisa.» I was a frequent Tommy Hilfiger customer and had good experiences in many different store locations, but this Milpitas Great Mall store was so «exceptional» in how it treated me as a customer that I might want to spend my money in other brands in the future. This afternoon, it took us two persons over an hour to select about 30 clothes, including jackets, sweaters, polo, short and long shirts, to prepare for our own needs and some holiday gifts for our relatives. We were treated well when we were making the selections and using the fitting room. We were given a shopping bag to carry the first couple of clothes that we selected, and no body in the store seemed to be concerned that our shopping bag was stuffed with more and more clothes. But when we were checking out, we were not greeted with smiles but were told in a cold voice that we could only buy FIVE clothes at most. After arguing with the sales representative and later the store manager«Lisa,» they agreed to check out 10 clothes at most for each of us. It was so awkward to go through this, and I was quite unhappy about this arbitrary decision on limiting our purchases, without providing clear explanations except pointing out a small sign behind the checkout counter saying that they reserve the right to limit the quantities. When I got home, I found a legal notice about«Tommy Hilfiger Parallel Imports» on the bottom of our shopping bag, with number«Th20770225,» which made me feel even more angry. It seems that they limited our purchases simply because the sales representative and store manager suspected that we were trying to buy these clothes and resell them. It is so sad that they did not even dare to tell us their suspicion face to face. If the store wants to limit the customers to buy five clothes at most, please put a big notice near the store entrance telling the customers that they can buy no more than five clothes, so they will not need to waste their time in your store.

I bough a pants and a jacket 2 weeks ago and I didn’t wore it till 2 nights ago and it was the time I figure it out the pants color became whitish. I took the pants and the jacket along with price tag and receipt to the outlet and the manager told me that they are not accepting the return even the exchange because it was wore! Also when I asked him about their policy for the low quality stuff he just kept looking at me and didn’t say anything. My question is how I should know about their poor quality without try it??? I took back my receipt and everything else and told the manager which will file the complain with BBB and also the Tommy customer care. Don’t buy anything from this outlet and if you did you should pray for facing no issue. Otherwise this shop is never responsible against their customer and customer service is not on their dictionary at all.

I was here shortly after 10:30AM today, and I experienced excellent customer service. Shoppers were greeted as they walked in, and employees were quick to provide assistance. The store was very organized, and merchandise was neatly folded/hung and attractively displayed. The men’s, women’s, and children’s sections were well-stocked. There was a 70% off rack at the back of the store with dresses, skirts, tops, shorts, and pants. There was a good balance of T-shirt designs — ones with huge logos and ones with tiny logos. I found 100% cotton T-shirts for $ 12.99 each(they retail for $ 22). They had plenty of dress pants and denim available, in a good range of sizes. Wallets and handbags were 30% off, and the selection was excellent. There wasn’t a cashier at the front register, but an employee that was restocking the sunglasses saw me waiting, and she headed for the registers promptly. She asked me if I found everything that I was looking for, thanked me for shopping here, and told me to have a great weekend. I would have bought more T-shirts, but there were barely any Mediums in stock; I saw a lot of XL and XS. The cologne, socks, sunglasses, and wallets were near the front registers. I parked by Neiman Marcus Last Call, so I didn’t have to walk far to get here. FYI You can sign up for The Hilfiger Club at and receive special offers via email. BTW I was able to print out a coupon for 20% Off One Item on my next shopping trip when I completed the online survey on the receipt; this offer was good for 30 days.

Came by to pick up a couple long sleeve polo shirts in time for holiday parties and winter break festivities. Service was on the sparse side during the week. The sales associates were helpful in attempting to locate other sizes along with showcasing the location of items in the store. Pricing was decent as well. Be sure to sign up for their mailing list as there seems to be a perpetual 15% off coupon that comes via snail mail and e-mail! ;)

Omg, this place is amazing! I am so digging the preppy Americana that Tommy Hilfiger is doing in its campaigns these days. Seriously, they have got their finger on the preppy spirit, and the clothes are also at a fantastic price point. Unlike many preppy brands, where the guy’s stuff accurately reflects prep attire but the girl’s stuff has been pulled from goodness-knows-where, Tommy’s women’s collection is filled with preppy classics that have been tailored for the ladies while remaining true to it’s preppy roots. Most Tommy’s in the US are outlets(except for maybe a couple in New York and LA), so I guess this is a standard retail store. When I was there in the first weekend of December, everything was on sale, from 30% to 50% off. The selection is exactly the same as what’s available online, but the great thing is that they had a good stock of sizing(everything I checked had XS, S, and M available, which often doesn’t happen at some shops) and it was all cheaper than online because of the sale. I found the sizing a bit odd… Some sweaters fit me in size S, other smalls were tiny and I had to go for Medium. The store was definitely understaffed, as I didn’t run into any salespeople on the floor. There was one dedicated person working the changing area, which was nice. The store has managed to shove a lot of racks in there, so it was difficult to get around the customers(many of whom were in the wonderful rude holiday spirit). In the end, I found an amazing classic navy trench coat for 50% off the original $ 150 price that fits incredibly well. I’ve always wanted a trench coat but found it extremely difficult to get a good fit, despite their ubiquity at every shop in the world. So I’m so happy to have that. I’m definitely going back here next time I need any classic prep attire.

Great deals and great service! Now I can look like a rich snob without spending money like one. Yay.

$ 12 polos and super friendly staff. Right beside the big Neiman Marcus and across from Nautica, this is on my circuit of cool/cheap stuff my husband will wear. Good range of sizes – not just racks of 1 or 2 sizes. Usually have some type of BOGO50% off/free promo, but check the clearance racks(mid store) for the best deals.

After shopping the Tommy Hilfiger Department at Stoneridge and finding some cute stuff at great prices, I hoped this store would be more. It wasn’t. I didn’t feel pumped about Hilfiger wandering around this store, surprisingly. I’m not sure what it was, but I didn’t find anything. I guess I lost my Hilfiger shopping mojo that day. I’ll revisit next time I’m in The Great Mall, just to double-check. Honestly, if you’re looking for a better Hilfiger experience try Macy’s.(More detailed review here: ).
