A bad day to go to Hallmark. They have a sign in the window that you can get $ 5.00 off your next purchase of an ornament and since two of us were going — I figured I could buy one and then she could use my coupon. They said no — the ad is not effecting yet. Window sign said it was.
Next I pointed out the sign on the product (another sign from the window one) said the promotion started yesterday and their reply was — the promotion was giving out the coupon. That is a promotion — come on?
I asked to talk to the manager and they said they had enough of me and I need to leave and the manager is too busy. Huh
