Austin at Mattress Firm was very polite and helpful. He gave me lots of information and let me make my own choice. It seemed the prices were already set ao I didn’t feel like he was taking advantage of me. I believe theatress I choice is a quality option and will post again once I’ve slept on it for a while. Thank you, Jon and your team, for a wonderful experience! After shopping around, Jon was able to take my order over the phone to save me from having to make another trip in. Mattress Firm had the best price and customer service throughout my mattress shopping experience.
Delivery was fantastic too! Very kind and professional men arrived promptly after a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. Mattress Firm’s red carpet treatment is clever but lovely. The bed and frame were set up in no time and they even left me with a coupon, thank you card, and some mints.

We purchased the Tempur Pedic Comfort Luxe Breeze. The bed is luxurious comfort! Our salesman was John Agin. John is a super guy. No aggressive sales here; John is extremely kind and knows the product he’s selling. If you want an awesome buying experience with the room to discuss your options and take the time you need to choose, ask for John!

Excellent experience! Jon A. was extremely helpful and knowledgable and we found the right mattress in less than an hour! Very low pressure and prices checked out on the Internet. Completely painless. Delivery scheduled for the next business day, which was very reasonable considering that we were shopping at 5 pm. Great store and salesperson!
