The Studio At Stephanies

We love The Studio at Stephanies and have been customers there for many years. The salon is clean, comfortable and well appointed. All the technicians are very well trained and you can feel very confidant that you will receive outstanding service.
Stephanie is an expert in color. I have been at world renowned salons where I have been given high praise on my highlights (most importantly I love them). She also does amazing «up-​dos». She did my hair for my son’s wedding and despite there being many bobby pins the style was chic, lasted through all the dancing and was über comfortable!
I regularly have manicures, pedicures and waxing done there as well. I love that the staff is very particular about keeping all the equipment very sanitary and following proper protocols for the safety and health of all the customers. Jessica does an amazing job with make-​up applications. I’d go to any of the technicians for a great hair style!
My husband also love massages there. I have recommended The Studio to many friends who have since become regular customers.

I went in with two friends. One of my friends didn’t get her cuticles pushed back or trimmed on her mani and the other didn’t get it done on her pedi. Oh and the express pedi, which is over $ 20 does not include any buffing of the heals or anything like that, and the «massage» was a joke.
If you want a mani or a pedi, this is not the place for you. Go to the mall, you will get a better experience and pay way less! Basically if you get an express pedicure, you will soak you feet forever, get you nails trimmed and painted.
They were nice people, but I was not impressed with the services we received.

I’ve been coming to The Studio at Stephanies for at least 5 years now. I think I became a «regular» shortly after the salon opened. I follow around a wonderful hairdresser that I hope never retires! She is a lovely person and a fine hair stylist.
The studio is small-​ish but has an upscale feel and is tastefully and comfortably appointed. The décor is posh and inviting.
All of the gals at The Studio are very sweet and friendly. I’ve also purchased some hair and skin care products and soy candles, also. Like most small salons, the prices can be a little steep, but I try to support the small, local businesses whenever I can afford to.
Stephanies often features fun, whimsical contests and special deals for discounted services. Every time that I’ve been in here there is very good, fresh brewed coffee available and complimentary treats, also.
I have also had several experiences here with some nice spa packages. My husband likes to treat me for special occasions. I LOVE the «Half Day of Heaven» package and I most recently tried the «Express Day» which allows the client to pick from several different «express» services offered. That package was nice, also, but I was disappointed in the express pedicure. I felt rushed along and I wished that the service would have been a little more comprehensive instead of just a foot soaking and nail painting. A little callus removal of the heels would have been most appreciated, also.
My only complaint with the spa packages is the occasional difficulty with the staff being able to coordinate the different services to match my availability and to flow smoothly from service to service once the long appointment begins. Where others have failed to schedule the coordination smoothly, Anne has always been a real Cracker-​jack in terms of getting the job done. She has saved the day a few times for me!
One time that I directly addressed Stephanie with a concern about scheduling a spa package, she promptly phoned me and personally rectified the problem. She even offered a compensation for the inconvenience, which made me really satisfied. She’s a good business woman and knows how to make her clients want to return to The Studio again and again!
