Badge Lock & Key

I had to have a special key made last minute on a Friday and they were about to close for the weekend. I called and let them know I was on my way but unfortunately my google directions sent me astray. I called back and told them I got turned around and they stayed open for me. Thanks so much! Great service.

I have used their service in the past for getting my locks changed and have always been satisfied with their friendly service, cost, and promptness. I recently called and the guy who answered the phone was impolite and unfriendly. He also wasn’t able to fit me in for three days. I called another company and they came the same day. I will never call Badge again. Tried to support a local business, but if they don’t care about their customers then why should I use their service? There are many other options out there, especially in an emergency.

After my girlfriend was assaulted and robbed (phone, purse, keys, etc.) in a nearby neighborhood, I called this place at the behest of her landlord to get her locks changed. I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon and left a voicemail (as per the instructions in their message) stating my name, number and the urgency surrounding my need for their services. I never heard back from them; so Monday I decided to call them again and inquire as to when they could possibly come and perform the services I requested in my message and why hadn’t they returned my call (meanwhile some thug is roaming around with my girlfriend’s home address and keys). They told me Wednesday afternoon! No apology for not returning my call. No suggestion as to a solution. Umm, thanks but no. If you need to get your keys or locks changed in a hurry, go ANYWHERE ELSE. Terrible customer service! I can say I will never call this place again.
