Last time I went a saw a cockroach the size of my pinky. I am never going there again.

The service was absolutely atrocious! I waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes before the manager came to take my order. While I waited I was able to listen to her yell at the staff constantly. At first I didn’t think anything of it, they were busy and I can understand the stress that comes from a rush (I work in the service industry). It soon became apparent that the manager was yelling at all the employees for every little problem.
The most notable was when she said, «There is no build your own omelette on the menu today, you are lucky I don’t fire you.» Now I can understand that maybe you don’t have every ingredient prepared to make custom orders, but threatening to fire an employee over something so trivial is way out of line.
It is my personal belief that if a manger has to yell at the staff as much as this manager did, the problem is not the staff. The management needs to organize better and make sure everything is ready before they get busy. Not to blame everyone else for their own shortcomings.
I will never support a business that treats employees the way I saw them being treated today.
Ps. The manager was rude to customers as well. Here is one of the exchanges to finish my review;
Manager: «That was not the correct lid size! Next time ask and we won’t have this problem.»
Customer:“Don’t worry, there won’t be a next time!”
(At this point the manager did nothing to try and change their mind)
I am never going back and it is very rare I don’t give a business a second chance.
