Hadn’t ordered from them for a while. I did tonight and no more. Ordered hummus and got stale broken pitas, and the portion is 1⁄3 of what it used to be. Ordered a pound of shawarma to throw in the fridge and avoid having to buy food tomorrow. Got maybe ¼ pound on a pita. Called to have that fixed and was told they could either credit me or I would wait a long time for the correct order to come back. I live two blocks away. Told them I’d wait since I have a few supposed credits since I had ordered from them a lot previously and none was ever applied. It’s been 40 minutes and 30 bucks and I’d just like to go to sleep at this point. Never again.

I ordered the Spicy Chicken, which comes with rice and hummus. It was. not good. For almost $ 12(not including delivery) I received a few pieces of dry chicken, a soggy pita, a spattering of [meh] hummus, and decidedly un-tasty rice full of caked over-cooked chunks. Go to Shwarma House. If it’s too late for that, go anywhere else.

Went here with my homie Alexis at 1:30AM, we ordered 2 Sawarma Kebobs with yogurt sauce and they were great! Fresh cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, pickled red onions, basil, and that marinated lamb meat of the grill. It was a decent price too! Can’t beat it man!

I thought I would try this place for lunch so I was willing to drive over on a Sunday afternoon. They open at 11am on Sunday and I got there at 12:43 pm. I probably drove about 40 blocks just trying get on the fu#%ing freeway to get over to them with all the ramps that are closed, what a nightmare. I drove right past the place the first time because it’s on a side street and they have no street presence and not any lighting on at the time. I had to do a U turn and look really close at all the buildings to see how I could have missed the place. I missed the place because they were Fuc#%ng closed when they were supposed to be open and that explains the no lights. I have enclosed a picture with the time stamp and the hours posted on there door to prove what time I was exactly there. Trying to go here for lunch was a complete waste of time and not to mention the major hassle with the freeway really left a bad taste in my mouth. They are not worth the hassle for a second chance with the freeway so a second chance will not be given.

I think Kabob Hub used to be better. Now their food is inconsistent and half the time the delivery orders aren’t right. It’s too bad because they used to have some of the best late night food in town but I never go there anymore. Prices keep going up and quality is going way down. They should go back to the quality they had when they started — that was the best.

So I’m pretty split on this place. One, it’s a hole in the wall restaurant attached to the back of a hookah lounge. Two, the service isn’t very friendly. Three, I had two things from the menu(fetayer and the spicy chicken roll), and one of them was absolutely atrocious(the fetayer) while the other was really good(the spicy chicken roll). I’m gonna give this place another chance, hopefully it won’t be so hit or miss next time.

What a sad excuse for a business. Ordered delivery earlier this week and got my food 2 and a half hours later. Once the food arrived, it was cold and soggy. Even aside from that, low quality middle eastern food with rude employees! I called the restaurant twice from the time I ordered to the time the food came… And both employees took no responsibility, spoke down to me, and apparently had no time for the customer at hand. Since there are so many delicious middle restaurants in Milwaukee such as Shaharazad, Casablanca, or shawarma house, I will have no problem staying away from that dispicable, grimy, shit excuse for an establishment.

Awesome place! Food was amazing, atmosphere was super chill with hookahs around and good people. Recommended. Went there late night doing a pit stop in mke. Super surprised at how authentic and delicious. Lamb was falling off the bone, flavor all the way through, same with the kebabs very flavorful. Eat here! Even the attached restaurant are was really cool.

While traveling abroad for a month, kabob was one of my staples. It’s made differently across Europe, but always affordable and delicious. In Germany, where there are many Turkish restaurants, it was incredible. I apologize for the snobbish review… I wouldn’t get a kabob here. The meat didn’t come the way it should in a kabob sandwich because it was a long slice instead of pieces. Opt for a Shawarma instead. The sides were fine. P. S. If anybody finds good kabob in the area(Madison and Chicago included) please PM me because I miss it tremendously.

They are fast, cheap, open late, and delicious. Vegetarian? The Zatar Fetayer is so amazing… it’s like my favorite food right now. Add jalapeños! The falafel is great too! I LOVE this place!

I’ve only been here twice, but both times it took a really long time to get our food. Both times our kabob wraps were done before our fries so by the time we got everything it was cold – even the fries. Also, the prices were a bit high for how little meat and veggies were in the wraps. This place isn’t horrible, but it’s not that great either.

When they get it right it’s great. But getting it right is few and far between. I’ve gone there around a dozen times, and about 10 of them they screw it up. Basic orders I’ve had to send back to get fixed since they opened. I’ve ordered a salad and got a wrap. I’ve ordered a sandwich and got a wrap. My buddy got a falafel wrap the other night, ANDTHEREWASNOFALAFEL. I’m seriously not kidding. I watched him eating while saying«Maybe the next bite will have falafel» and then no falafel. He grabbed it in between bands at Bremen Café, so he dealt with it, because he didn’t wanna miss the show, but that really irritated me since it happens to me all the time too. I tried to contact them through Facebook, and they gave a very bland apology and told me to order online next time. What? Ordering in person isn’t good enough? Where are the standards here… I guess I’ll still go there and deal with it since it’s the only late night place open in Riverwest, but Jesus is it frustrating to order there knowing that almost every single time they’re gonna screw up your order. ARGGGHHHH!!!

One and Done. I bought Lamb Kabob that comes with Rice, Salad & Hummus. The lamb tasted damn good but sadly they gave me stale rice. The food is slightly overpriced according to portion. There were two guys working behind the kitched around 11pm on the night of Shamrock Shuffle 2015. The older guy was very rude.

Was really tasty. Happened to stumble across this place. Very small and tucked away on a side street. But the food was really delicious and reasonably priced. Great place to pick up a quick bite on ur way home from work. Definitely do try!

This is the best part– their service is great! The food, of course, is delicious but their service is always exceptional even when you are getting your grubs at the bar!

Chicken kabob sandwich smelled good the«kabob» was really weird. It was one solid piece of ground meat, not chunks of meat. And the cheese was American cheese?

Pretty good falafel, meng. Kinda weird hole-in-the-wall joint, tiny as all get out. Got rid of the beat up fake leather couches and now there’s a small counter with stools for a few people to eat at. Handy grub when you’re drinkin’ around center st and those damn kids at Fuel close the kitchen early. Like most start-up places staffed by some dudes who don’t speak the best of english, they don’t have the keenest sense of customer service or consistency of presence that us ‘murricans are used to. The other side of the cash register might be empty for a few minutes, but just hold yer fuckin’ horses, Mary. They’ll be back. Get it. ‘S good.

Kabob Hub’s sandwiches are great. I mean GREAT, reallo really good, fantastic, stupendous, awesome. I usually have the Lamb Mediterranean sandwich with tahini sauce on the side. The pitas that they put the sandwiches in are huge and soft. I like that. The other sandwiches they ave that I gave tried have all ben really tasty. There is no place to eat in at Kabob Hub so if you want to eat there, they can serve you at Shi Chai next door, but that is a hookah lounge so it can get pretty smokey in there.

Mm. Kabobs! Fresh ingredients, great flavor, great prices. Totally fulfilled a late night craving after perhaps one to many. It was perfect and just what I needed. I only experienced the take-out side of things. Seemed they had an actual café with hookah available as well.
