So sad. I’ve been going for 30+years since the greenfield location. It’s the first thing I look forward to when I travel home. I don’t know if they are using a different recipe or substandard ingredients but this isn’t the pizza I so longingly remember. Get it together. Mr. Ds was an icon.

This is no longer run by the original owners, and it shows. The sauce is different, the facilities dirty, and the people that the owners let just hang around make it uncomfortable when you go in. You can get better pizza in your grocers freezer. Sad, because it used to be the best pizza around. The new owners should change the name because it now is synonymous with crap food and bad service.

Great pizza, piss poor customer service! I had a large order I placed 3 hrs in advance. 1 of my pizzas were wrong (the only one without pepperoni). When I called I was told by the woman who answered the phone (who refused to give me her name when I asked) the owner said all I could do is bring the wrong pizza back and have it remade (so which one of my guests will wait an extra hr to eat?) they could have at least offered a credit or to deliver another one. What are they gonna do give this one to someone else after I had it in my house? Beware, ur pizza may have been at my house before it was delivered to you!

The pizza is really good if you can get it. I’ve called ahead to order pizza. Often the phone just rang and rang or I was put on hold. I resorted to a big name pizza chain. Ewwww right? They only take cash. I mean come on, it’s the year 2014. Not really trying to carry cash in that neighborhood or go to an ATM in a shady corner store.
