Neebo Bookstore

I’ve been coming to this book store for a while now.
Neebo is affiliated with Amazon so they have a great online presence that you can order online and have them delivered or picked at the store for pick up. The prices are less than the book store in the Union.
They typically have rented or used books that you can get for less than the new books. They also sell a lot of UWM apparel and various school items so it is a one-​stop shop.
Really nice people to deal with and email you updates on when books are due back.

So I’m just going to give you my first impression since places like this usually aren’t in business long. The bookstore was very organized by course number and was very neat. I was able to find my textbooks with great ease.
I came in and sat down on the floor while I compared the prices in the store with the prices that I had already paid previously online. No one bothered me with annoying or dude questions like, «Are you okay?» or «Can I help you?». This was a plus for me because when I are in a bookstore, that is the last thing that I want is someone asking tons of questions. If I need help, I know where to go to ask for assistance. This is the mindset of a typical student. Now, that doesn’t mean that I did not need assistance this time around. Actually, when I got to the counter, 10 minutes before they were about to close, the cashier was the most honest and sincere person ever. I asked her tons of questions that a typical student would ask like, «What would be the better deal between this book and that book?», «Is this book really cheaper here than at the bookstore?», «What is the fine print behind this policy?», etc. She gave me all of the information that I needed in order to make an informed decision rather than telling what she thought that I wanted to hear.
My dilimna was that I was waiting on a textbook to arrive in the mail, but I needed the textbook that day in order to do homework. The textbook that I was waiting on was actually cheaper than the book in this store. It was still expensive just to rent the textbook for the semester. What a bummer! And the final factor was that the following day was the last day that I could return this textbook if I had purchased/​rented it from them. So, I would have been in a bad situation no matter what happened. However, I ended up renting the textbook from them and received the textbook in the mail the next day, just in time to take the textbook back to receive a refund. I would highly recommend coming here for the textbooks for the organized environment, friendly staff, and ease of returns.
