About a year ago I donated a working printer to them as I no longer needed it. It was actually too big for my use. Anyway mind you this was last year. At the time I donated it, I asked for a tax receipt. No big deal right. Well I stopped back there several times. Just for the tax receipt. Long story short I never got one. Now it’s almost April 15. My taxes are already filed. Never did get that receipt. That is why I gave them 1 star.
