GETINHERE! by 8 pm because by 8:33 pm they were literally OUTOFEVERYTHING!(They close at 9 pm on Tuesdays). For years, I drove right by, thinking they were Taco Bell for Chinese food. Imagine my surprise when I went in one rainy night to the drive thru, ordered their Beijing beef and Orange chicken and it was actually quite good. But tonight, they were out of the beef, orange chicken, fried rice, did I mention everything?!? The greeter told me they were frying more noodles and offered me 10% off on whatever. .except there wasn’t even enough for a bigger plate order. Yep, there would be nothing wasted or thrown out tonight! I forced myself to pass on her deal and went across the lot to the Chinese Buffet. Where I ate way to much. I just hope the manager at PE gets a big bonus for keeping costs down.

Terrible service, at 27th st location. I will never go back. I would tell people to stay far away from this location.

This was the first time visiting this location. Walked in and waited for servers to greet and ask if I was ready to order. Well, In walks two girls and I get shafted. No, oh sorry nothing. The worker totally ignored me. Waiting there patiently to order, I get that! I walked out and maybe thats the reason why I’ve always drove past this location this whole time… I guess convenience of having one near home doesn’t really always mean its better. The restaurant looked decent, not clean, a little messy to the standards of a clean restaurant. Keep driving north, theres more restaurants along on 27th street. Just saying.

I love Panda Express orange chicken, and at all other locations that I’ve frequented it has been superb, worthy of five stars. This S 27th location however, near to where I live, seems to lack in training or guidelines that other franchises possess. The best orange chicken I’ve received here was a 3 on a five point scale, whereas every other location has served at least a 4 and generally a 5. Tonight may be the last time I bother with this location, as the only element of the meal which I could eat was the rice. If the manager or owner should read this, here is a tip. Do not serve orange chicken cooked so poorly that a plastic fork cannot pierce its thick leathery hide. I very much prefer my orange chicken where it doesn’t feel like I’m biting into a crunchy, deep friend cicada corpse.

My wife went through the drive thru on 10÷5÷14. When she got the food home we found out there was no sauces(sweet and sour or soy) in the bag, nor was she ask if she wanted any. Usually in the past there was always a couple of packets of each in the bag. The eggrolls were very bland and the rice was dryer than any rice I’ve ever had in my life. On good days this Panda Express location is below average. On Sunday it was bad enough for me to say that I’m NEVER going back.

I really like Panda Express food. But the customer service I received recently at this location was beyond bad. I ordered online early in the afternoon, for a pickup at 5:30(note: I paid online by credit card). Running early, at 5:15 I was pulling into their lot when my mobile buzzed. It was a somewhat confused Panda employee, who immediately accused me of ordering at 5 pm. 2:15, I assured her, but she was still suspicious. Why does it matter, I asked? «We closed at 5.» No, I said — your website made it very clear you are open for dinner. «Not tonight, we aren’t.» And she hung up. She called back a few minutes later and asked if I wanted the order sent to another store. I don’t generally drive across town for fast food, so no thanks, just refund my order. «We can’t do that.» Why? «The cash registers are closed.» Well, do it tomorrow. «We can’t do that, or at least, you have to come in.» I don’t see why I have to drive back there again for a refund — let me me talk to a manager. «The manager isn’t here. You will have to call back tomorrow.» No, have him or her call me.(click) No food, no refund, no customer service. Much fail. I’m still waiting for a call from the manager.

I was hesitant to try it but once I did about a month ago, I have been back 4 times since, the rice and low mein are both good. The orange chicken and beef and broccoli are my faves but they let you sample stuff on a toothpick so you can try it before you decide, which is nice cause then you don’t end up not liking what you get like some places! I LOVE the sweet and sour sauce and sweet and sour chicken and the Spring Rolls. I like the atmosphere and the people are SO nice and helpful. I like the fortune cookies too cause they actually have phrases that sound like real fortunes and are tastier than most places. I love the orange chicken so much that I was delighted to see they sell the sauce in a bottle. Well worth the money! Everything even reheats well later. I don’t mind that it is fast food cause they don’t make a ton at a time and are making FRESHBATCHES of everything pretty often, I also like how CLEAN it is and that I can see the cooks cooking… ya know they can’t hide anything that way of what they are doing!

Not too bad for fast chinese food. Lived in Seattle where they cannot compare to the authentic stuff. Usually bins are full and is fast in and out. Also a drive thru.

Good clean Chinese food. Not too greasy, and lots of options. lots of healthy options too, like multiple kinds of rice, steamed veggies, etc. My favorite entrée is the Sweet Fire Chicken Breast. it’s light and crunchy with a lot of subtle flavors in the sauce. the heat is there, but adds to the flavor rather than masking it. The spring rolls were surprisingly good, my favorite thing on the plate. The cream cheese Rangoon were good, but really just cream cheese in a wanton wrapper. they deliver what they promise. At the lunch peak, they may run out of popular entrees and sides, but the wait is usually only a few minutes until they are replenished. Good stuff! I’ll be back.

This food is really fresh. I love all of the fresh veggies. The smell of the woks call you to grab some orange chicken, even if you’re not really hungry. Cheap, quick and pretty darn good Chinese food.
