Buffalo Wild Wings

Our server was great. Angela was very on top of our table and you can tell she enjoys her job. On the other hand. Whoever was working the kitchen was doing horrible. I go to Buffalo Wild Wings 2 – 3 times a week and this was my first experience at this location. The food was dry, and tasteless. Barely any sauce on my wings or my girlfriends. When it was brought to the attention of the manager, he seemed to care less. Definitely will not return here. Ever.

Not happy !!! Went to get my usual spinach dip and pita chips and here they come out with regular chips !!! Noooo need the pita chips back SERIOUSLY !!! Please

For all the people working, I expected better service. Not sure why the guy had to YELL from the kitchen that an order was up when the servers were all sitting next to him. I never thought I’d say this, but there was too much cheese on my fries.

This place this terrible, it takes forever to be acknowledge you are there. The waitress finally arrives to take our order and fails to inform us that traditional wings take longer. The table next to us where service faster and received their food fast as well. We talk to the manager and explain that those take longer well then maybe they should speak up and inform customers. I spent about an hour with no food. This is ridiculous I hope the waitress gets my order deducted for being an idiot.

Tonight I encountered the manager that was a very unpleasant and unkind gentleman, perhaps being bald and fat has left him disgruntled. Either way I feel sorry for his staff that have to deal with him in a regular basis.

It’s one thing if your expensive, it’s another thing if your expensive and the service sucks. They need to stop hiring high school kids and focus on what brings customers back. Sat at my table forever, finally 20 min later they brought me water. Took another 10 min to be acknowledged. I just got up and left. This location needs help.

Went to this location for the first time, Normally we go to the Oak Creek Location, both are about the same distance from our home. We arrived about noon and they weren’t very busy. Our server took some time to get to us.
Our waitress finally arrives My wife and I both ordered Chicken wraps along with a basket of buffalo chips and 2 drinks. Food came after 10 or 15 minutes the wraps came with fries even though on the menu it said chips and Salsa, she never asked if we wanted fries. No matter I wanted the buffalo chips anyways to eat, but she forgot our buffalo chips she then disappeared and then she took and order from another table finally after another 8 minutes or so out came our buffalo chips, She said they just came out of the fryer. That didn’t make much sense but whatever.
The rest of the meal was fine, paid with some gift certificates we had and she had to give them to the manager to run through so it took some time to get our receipt.
All in all the service was supbar, no where up to the standards they have at the Oak Creek Location. I won’t likely be back to this location anytime soon.

1 star COULD NOT HAVE BEEN WORSE. I wish I could NEGATIVE star this place. 2 times and you still suck. New mgt is just as bad as last group if NOT WORSE! GM learn something!
So last night was my son’s 16^th birthday. I told our server Mariah… she didn’t acknowledge it? Hmmm… I ordered a CRISPY chicken salad. I got a chopped chicken salad. My dad ordered a «garden salad» and she brought a manager back to ask what kind of salad??? As well she did not know they did not have Italian dressing for my dad’s side salad? Anywho I sent my «Crispy Chicken Salad» back and 25 min later my SALAD still was not out. Hubby asked for manager the «NEW GM» proudly steps over we tell him about the salad issue and no water refills… BTW they were out of Dr Pepper and she didn’t know this @ the start of her shift??? As he gets ONLY hubby a water they try to deliver a salad to my dad I AM THE ONLY ONE WITHOUT A FOOD ITEM, I tell him sending it back I am done still wrong and The sauce is on the chicken not on the side. Mariah asks if we are ready for the bill I didn’t skip a beat I told her nope your manager is getting this tonight.
End of meal he picks up the check for a side salad and 4 small wings, lady mgr that has been there 2 weeks asks hubby how it was as he’s walking out (yes the same one that Mariah brought over an hour earlier). hubby goes over EVERYTHINGt with her (yes even more than what I posted) she apologizes. Tells him to stay there He waits 5 min she never came out we left. NEVER F’N again. 2 weeks ago I waited an hour and a half for a salad that I never ate. 2 weeks in a row I got NO FOOD and pissed as hell. F**K THIS PLACE!!! Never order a salad from them EVER! FYI Mariah please quit you suck as a server and you could care less about your job! I have been a server and you miss thang aren’t one you are a student/​maybye a medical assistant at best in your life role.
As well still waiting for a manager to call me back about our visit from 12÷2÷14 chk#60 057 will we be called back for either???

I love there boneless wings Thursdays ! I wish they would have more boneless day wings. Asian zing is my favorite! Also the honey BBQ is good. I usually call in and order my wings Melissa usually takes my order. She’s great she knows what I want and is super nice! I love it !

BW3s is a good place to watch sports and have some wings.
There wings are not as good as applebees for bonelness wings, which is surprising, but true.
The inside has one long dining room that often has lots of large tables of groups. Here they have booths along the wall.
Our server steve was very nice and attentive.
I gave up soda for lent, so I had a flavored lemonade — delciious AND free refills which was surprising to me.

Every once in awhile I get the craving for BW-​3 and luckily it normally overlaps with a sporting event. However, everytime I go to this one I seem to get the most impersonal bartenders. I’m not looking to strike up a conversation, but a little customer service would go a long way. They’re pretty robotic here.
On the plus side, when I’ve come in to get a to-​go order, the staff has always been very nice & the food comes out very quickly.

My mistake was coming here just for the food. This is a clean, fun sports bar with good drinks and many televisions. It was very cozy. It was a Sunday afternoon and we just wanted lunch. The server was great and very friendly. We tried the teriyaki wings and mild buffalo. The wings are incredibly salty, almost to the point of being inedible. We tried a black bean burger and it was great that you could choose toppings. My optimism dwindled away when the burger hit the table. The burger was crunchy, like granola on the outside, and then the middle was so soft and mushy, that it slid out of the bun. The veggie boat was actually a brilliant idea. It was basically a bunch of carrots and celery with choice of dressing for dipping. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the food at other BW3s, so maybe this was an off day? Or may I shouldn’t have ordered a black bean burger at a wing joint!

Keep coming in for the specials with my son, we have been able to make it something of a tradition.
Friendly staff and decent food for the price.

The service at this particular B dubs is very good. Not many places can handle a hockey group as well as they did.

I have gone to several Buffalo Wild Wings in the Milwaukee area and this by far has been the worst one I have been to.
When I have gone, the service has been extremely slow. I had sat at the bar and the bartender was horrible. She seemed more interested in talking with coworkers than serving me. When I ordered, it seemed like she was unsure of the menu and whether or not what I was ordering was really on the menu. When I got the receipt, I had to ask for a pen to sign it and even then it took about 5 minutes before I got a pen.
I will never go back to this location

If I could, I would give this particular Buffalo Wild Wings place ZERO stars. Since my roommate and I were on the Southside and were in the mood for wings, we settled on BWW. Granted that, yes, it was the first game of the NBA finals and the 50 cent Tuesday wing special, I knew it would be busy. There was a 20 minute wait for a table. After we were seated, our server, Keela, who I might add, had a sunny disposition and nice personality, took our orders and promptly returned with our waters. A few minutes later, she delivered us our food. We never saw her the rest of the night. NEVER, EEEEEVER until we were ready to pay. Instead, her manager, who was circulating the floor and greeting everyone and assisting, refilled our waters TWICE, stopped at our table an additional two times, retrieved take-​out boxes for us, and fetched our server to give us our bill, seemed more like our server. Having worked in the service industry, I don’t expect outstanding service on such a busy night, but decent service. When we left, I asked my roommate, «Did you think she [Keela] was a good server?» He said, «Yes.» I rolled my eyes and sarcastically replied, «Yes, such good service that you had to ask, not her, but her manager for refills.» Anyway, on my way out, I overheard the manager reprimanding one of the other servers on her slowness.
I’m only giving it one star: to the attentive manager.
