Ok, I once again recently was talked into giving Wing Stop another shot. I told her I wanted to order ahead, because I didn’t want to wait forever. So we ordered online, arrived at the store and still had to wait over 20 minutes for our order, the most frustrating part was, our order was totally wrong!!! Obviously was someone else’s order. So had to go back to get the correct order, the counter person was rude and needless to say after another 25 plus minutes, I wasn’t even interested in dinner anymore.

Food is great. However I placed an online order and when I came in I was told the machine that receives the order was broken and my order wasn’t received. They gave me another large soda to compensate so at least they were apologetic. Even though I had to order as a walk in, I still felt as though the service was adequate.

Terrible service numerous times. This time my food sat for 5 minutes before being handed to me while the girl who placed on the table picked up her phone and went back to the food line. Disgusting! The register worker start and talked to her next to my food instead of doing her job.

First time trying wing stop out. I’ve heard a lot about them. The environment is nice. They play on the«wing» novelty and have a lot of things about planes on here. The food was great. The fries are fresh cut and seasoned well. Great addition to my wings. The wings were cooked great. Reminds me of hooters but better quality. It’s very nice to see them have a combo option with their wings. It’s something you don’t see from wings places. Came in for the 60¢ special ended up getting a combo. Good job. Why not 5 stars? I know that if I came in on a busy day I would be waiting a long time. They aren’t set up for faster food. You usually wait ten minutes. Not that it’s a big deal compared to anywhere with wings. It’s just a big deal if you want good food and fast. Definitely eat here again and often. Look forward to trying their other sauces.

Unsanitary. The guy cooking the chicken does not wear gloves. Also, he’s walking to the front of the store to retrieve ticket orders and walking back to cook the order without washing his hands. Nasty!!!

I am no wing connoisseur but I generally enjoy the wings at Wingstop. I’m a fan of the classic wings with mild sauce. In my opinion, the hickory smoked BBQ wings have a good taste but are too saucy. People seem to either love or hate their fries. I love ‘em because of the seasoning they put on them. Ordering is super easy with their app. You can order on your phone and your food is usually ready to be picked up in about 20 minutes. You can really customize things when you order too, including requesting all drums. I prefer to just grab take out here. The restaurant is super casual but they do have plenty of seating if you want to eat in. I think Wingstop is a solid choice when you have a wing craving.

My lunch was horrible today, wings really didn’t have any sauce on them, fries were way too greasy & my roll was cold.

The owner sent me a 8 piece boneless wing coupon and I thought id give wingstop another try It was a good visit. The people were nice. A better experience this time than the last time. I’m glad I gave it another chance. Also their Hawaiian flavored wings and cheese fries are to die for :)

After my review, the manager/owner contacted me with a voucher for an 8 piece wing combo to give it another shot. I finally made it in this weekend to check it out once again. I got there around 4:00, fully expecting it to be dead, and was happily surprised to see about four tables with diners enjoying a beer and some wings(didn’t even know that they served beer!). I talked with the man behind the counter, telling him that I wanted to be sure I got actual sauces this time. I knew I wanted the original hot, but was torn on the second sauce. I asked him if he’d recommend Cajun, and he admitted it was simply the hot sauce with a little bottled Cajun seasoning in it. I passed on that. I ended up flipping a coin between the Chili Lime(seasonal) and the BBQ. I landed on Chili Lime. I grabbed a beer as he said it’d be a little over 10 minutes. The combo for $ 8.99 includes 8 boneless or traditional wings, a side(fries, veggie sticks, coleslaw), and a pop. I opted for boneless and fries. I took it to go and headed home. I seriously really liked the hot sauce. It was almost a little bit of a sweet aftertaste — but not very hot at all in my opinion. The chili lime was good as well, but a little bit too sweet for me. I would say that the main thing that needs to change menu-wise is clarity, or lack thereof, sauce-wise. The employee advised, only once I asked that about half are simply spice rubs and half are physical sauces. I think that is something important to distinguish. While the sauces are good, they are administered on the light-side in my opinion, so I would ask for extra sauce next time. The seasoning on the fries was GREAT — and I don’t know what it was. Again, they were soggy and limp by the time I got home, so I would probably preface my order with«fries well done’. I wish they delivered, because I would definitely get those hot wings again!

I’ve been here about 10 times. I usually will stop in and order at the counter and wait to carry out. It always takes less than 10 minutes. My usual order is a boneless wing combo(8 boneless wings, cheese fries and a large soda). It comes to about $ 10 and is more than enough food. You can get 2 sauces but I usually just get the Hawaiian sauce. I think a lot of their sauces skew towards the hot/spicy. The Hawaiian is a nice, sweet mild sauce. They have a Coke Freestyle machine so you can choose from about 100 different sodas and drinks. I always get the grape Hi-C because it’s awesome. The only thing I wish is that they’d deliver but, honestly, that would most definitely raise their prices. All in all, this place has great wings for a good price.

OK, Kurt. I apologize, I really would like my wings that way but I miss WS and will come back with hat in hand.

We’ve eaten here three times now and we’ve always had good experiences. This is usually our goto place when it’s late and we are too lazy to cook because it’s faster and cheaper than pizza… I always have the teriyaki and garlic parmasean and my boyfriend tries different sauces. Last night he had the Cajun and the hickory. I like the wings and haven’t noticed the soggy wing problem, but I have only ever eaten at BW3s for boneless wings and I don’t believe I experienced a soggy wing problem there either, so I don’t have a frame of reference for wing sog. The first time we ordered we ordered the rolls, which were surprisingly good, and fries. We like their fries and they give you a solid sized portion. There is a sweet, but cajuny taste to them? I’m not sure it’s Cajun, but it’s delicious. Since then we have always ordered boneless wings and fries. Last night, they lost our order in the system and when we went to pick it up, there was no order. The super friendly and efficient staff made it all up in 10 minutes while we waited in the car, flagged us down from the car and comp’d the fries. Nice! We always order online, it’s always ready in 30m or less(exception was this last time and they were great about it). Portion size of their sides is generous and it’s always busy when we go there. If you sign up online, they will send you coupons for free stuff on your birthday(free fries). We’ll be back. P. S. Tuesday nights appear to be .50 boneless wing night, at least online. :)

Stopped in today. It was pretty good. The prices were reasonable. The best part was the freestyle coke machine! We will definitely be back!

I’ve been here a few times and I think I’ll continue to go back. The wings are a bit smaller like BW3’s but a 10 piece combo meal usually does me just fine and costs around $ 10-$ 11. Good Louisiana rub for traditional wings. I don’t do boneless. The ranch\blue cheese sauces are full of garlic so be aware! French fries are uniquely sweet but pretty good. Wings generally take 15 minutes to make.

I’ve winged out at Wingstop twice now. I’m still not impressed. Both times we played my favorite take out game: SMORGASBORD. I’ve tried 6 of their flavors all on boneless wings and my beef with them is two-fold. –The wings don’t have enough crisp from the frying to not get soggy when sauced. –Most of the sauces are thicker, creating a sort of gross gooey texture, but making the wings even soggier. The mild sauce is thin enough that it had the least detrimental effect on the wings. The meat itself is pretty good, I just wish the overall experience with the winging was better. The staff is nice and they have that fancy soda machine from the future that takes soda suicides to a whole new level. I just don’t love their wings.

Good sauce, TINY wings. Like, bw3s has small wings, these are noticably smaller. Tried over half their sauces with a partner and almost all were good. Had the Hot and Cajun, which I believe are the two spiciest outside of atomic. Not very hot, but good flavor. The two rubs I know of(Louisiana and lemon pepper) were very good. I like when lemon pepper wings have lemon juice mixed in(these at least tasted that way). But any happy thoughts about the sauce were killed by the size of the wings. Yeah, they were juicy, yeah they had a nice crispy outside, but they were just so damn small. 15 good sized wings will usually fill me up, 15 of these left me very hungry. I could’ve eaten 30 – 40 of these and that’s not cost effective. Beyond that, the menu looks nice overall, service was good, etc. Just bummed about the price for the size of the wings. 2 Stars just for the size. Would be 4 stars otherwise.

For a person who loves chicken wing stop spell excellence! I ordered the 10piece wings have plain half lemon pepper. The food was excellent! The prices were reasonable. The food was spiced just right. They have a multitude of flavors to choose from and the food is made to order. So nothing is sitting under a warming lamp here! What did i enjoy the most from my experience you ask? The soda machine! *disclaimer* (im often distracted by shiny things!) It was a touch screen Coca-Cola machine with over 100+ Soda flavors ! I didnt know what to choose. When in doubt i always choose some form of lemonade… this time raspberry. The staff were really nice and the food was cooked fairly fast. They have a place were you can sit and eat however its not that big so dont expect room for a big group.

The wings are tad on the small side, and because they are smaller, they cook faster so they end up just a tad dry instead of juicy.(maybe one minute less cooking time = better?). I had the lemon pepper and the hickory bar-b-que. Both were very tasty. The included dipping side of bleu cheese was ok in taste and generous in size. The wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings, but no where near the tasty, juicy full sized complete wings found at JJ Fish and Shark on the north side. If you really want great wings, you have to go north. On this side of town the corporate restaurants refer to a portion of a wing as a chicken wing… it isn’t, it’s a portion. A chicken wing has 2 portions, plus the chewy end. The place looks nice, the service was great, they have a way-cool soda machine inside. They know the wing portions are small; they give you a good portion of fries… which tasted ok. I’m big… she seems to want me to default to getting the fries instead of the other sides… which may have been smaller portions and less filling for me. I happen to have to go by this Wing Stop a lot in my travels back and forth to the Veterans Hospital. I imagine I’ll try the«boneless wing strips» some day when I can’t run across town or to one of the better bars to satisfy a wing craving. Oh yeh… if you like breaded wings, your in the wrong place. Hooters has them, as do others, but not Wing Stop.

I definitely have to give an updated review. After a few more stops in, I have definitely become a fan. The girls at the registers are always friendly, my order has always been correct, and the wings always satisfy the craving I am having. I am always a big fan of businesses that interact with me on Social Media. I like to think that me and who ever is behind @WingStopMKE are almost BFF! I was the winner of a family pack of wings a few weeks back, and they talked me down off the ledge this past week when they were out of baked beans! Definitely happy to have them in the neighborhood!
