Payless Shoe Source

I haven’t brought shoes at Payless for years. I needed a pair of shoes for my new job and decided to go see if Payless had a particular shoe that I use to wear. I went to the 27^th and Oklahoma location. The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted in a friendly manner. I was asked a few minutes after looking for the shoe I was interested in, if I needed assistance. I described the shoe to the saleswoman (Amanda), I call them «cop» shoes because they are similar to what police officers sometimes wear. Amanda immediately knew what shoe I was refering to. However, that store did not have them in my size. Amanda offered to look on line, and they were not available there at this time either. She then asked if I wanted her to call another store, which I did. Amanda called the store at 27^th and National and they had the shoe I wanted! Because I had to go to another store for the shoe, Amanda gave me a $ 4.00 off coupon to use! I went to the 27^th and National store and was AGAIN greeted in a very friendly manner!!! I didn’t get the young ladies name at that store, however, she was very friendly and her suggestive selling had me buying a pack of socks and shoe polish:):):) EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! If you want a quality shoe at a reasonable price with OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, go to Payless!!! They also have that awesome sale BOGO (Buy one, get one half off) I was impressed:):) Thank you Payless for appreciating me as a customer!!!
