Peapods has been a blessing. I can no longer walk around the grocery store. I am able to order my groceries at reasonable prices. I can use coupons. There have been a couple of times that items have been out of stock but the company will try to find a reasonable substitute. Only one time did I get something wrong on the order. When I called customer service I explained I did not get pudding but got birthday candles. My account got a credit and they had me keep the birthday candles. The peapods brand for the products I have tried have been great. I highly recommend this service.

I have been using Peapod for 2+ years. It is a big time server. Ordering is online and easy. I pick delivery times that work for my schedule. In 2+ years, I had one error, and one late delivery(I am okay with that error rate). Overall, I am very satisfied and recommend it to others.

This was my first order. I live in Milwaukee. I was given a delivery time of between 7pm and 9pm. Driver arrived at 8pm. My order was relatively small, $ 70. All items were there and quality was fine. I did not order any produce/vegetable items, so I can’t comment on freshness… My order consisted of dry and refridgerated/frozen items. I order 3 kinds of deli sandwich meat and all tasted fresh. I hope the service will continue this way because I see a lot of complaints in Illinois where there is probably a larger amount of customers. I will return with an update as I plan to continue using this service.

I used Peapod on a regular basis in IL so I was ecstatic when they started delivering to my area. On my second order over HALF of the items were missing! Yes, I order 21 items and 11 were missing, including a HUGE tub of popcorn. How do you miss that? I had to call into the peapod office and they were happy to credit back but it took over ten minutes. Who has time for that? I think there has to be a better system, if you order 10 items, how hard is it to count 10 items, 20 items, etc. This is bad business. If you do use this service be sure to keep your invoice and check over everything thoroughly, Imagine how easy it is to miss an item or two. Unfortunatly for me it was ½ my order!!!

As a huge fan of groceries delivered to one’s home, Peapod still has an opportunity to win over the skeptics. We’re all busy. The last thing you want to do is drive to an annoying grocery chain like Pick ‘n Save to be overcharged, annoyed, disappointed because they lack quality and selection, and wait in long lines to check-out. It’s time for a change of thought peeps. My family has used Peapod for the last several years. Why? As much as you would think you pay more for your groceries to be delivered to your home, it forces you to be price conscious and plan your meals. There is no room for straying outside of a budget and throw in a last minute unneeded item before checking out at a traditional grocery store. You get what you pay for which continues to be fresh produce, meats, and dairy. Quality of food is their mission along with meeting the needs of shoppers. The Peapod website and app makes it easy to deliver lists of staples, compare costs, explore current deals, and schedule a time for delivery that works for your schedule. Plus, their coupon code gives you free delivery and $ 10 off your first order. That said, why not give it a try? Another reason to choose Peapod? They take coupons. The driver takes them at delivery and they apply them to the final invoice. I’ve never been disappointed and happy to spend my money with a grocer that takes pride in their customers unlike many of the chains in the area. Customer service is exceptional and easy to reach and willing to quickly resolve any complaints. So… no more lines, unnecessary purchases that I regret later, and supporting a business that is all about the experience than about not wanting to improve. You heard me Suck ‘N Shmuck.

Groceries ordered via laptop or mobile app and then delivered to my door by super friendly people the next day. Coupon codes for free delivery available on the interwebs with a simple Google search. I do miss out because I don’t see cute boys at the grocery store since I have it all delivered, but, overall… www.peapod.com. You rock my socks off.
