Simply close this garbage joint once and for all. Made my order online and said delivery would take literally 3:45 hours. Obviously they took my money from my account. When I called in and said I would just carryout, they cancelled my order and said I had to pay again when I got there, these guys are crazy! I still haven’t received my money BTW. Simply don’t buy here, if I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give this Pizza Hut zero stars, I would. The service is HORRIBLE! I recently moved nearby and decided to order a pizza for delivery on a Sunday night. I ordered online & was given a 2 hour delivery time (which is outrageous, but I was hungry and in my PJs). I waited and waited… and waited and no one ever showed. I tried calling 3 times and no one would answer the phone. I never got my pizza or a phone call regarding why it was never delivered.
The next day, I went online & and filed a complaint with Pizza Hut corporate. I didn’t expect to hear back but I rcvd a very apologetic e-​mail and a phone call from them regarding my poor experience. They ended up giving me a $ 50 store credit (only to be used at the Brown Deer location) and also sent me a $ 10 off coupon. I was very appreciative of this as it was way more than I expected.
I ended up using $ 25 of the credit the following weekend. Experience was slightly better but they said they were too busy to deliver and the pizza took way longer, for carryout, than they had told me. Oh well, at least they got my order right…
Flash ahead to this past weekend… I decided to use the rest of my credit. I call to order my pizza and tell the employee that I should have a remaining credit on my account. His response: «Whaaatttt I don’t see no credit. You have to talk to the manager when you get here because we are too busy.» Ok. Then they call me back & say they are out of breadsticks. It was 7pm on a Friday night, how do you run out of breadsticks?! I decided to not pick up my pizza and I ordered from Rocky’s instead (WAY better experience).
Brown Deer Pizza Hut: you can keep your credit and I will never order from you again. Get it together! Hire more people, get better management!
I will stick with the Menomonee Falls location or Rocky Roccoco’s instead!

If I could give less I would! …waited two hours for our pizza an after all that we had to call and pick it up ourselves. No apologies… this place needs new management and better training!

Not sure why we had a better experience, but so glad we did! Order was correct, piping hot, delivered to our hotel by Shelby (she was super nice!). This made our day. Thanks!

I’ve never had anything go right with this store. Orders are always over an hour for delivery. Today they didn’t even deliver everything then took 45m to get me what they forgot.

If you’d like cold, tasteless pizza delivered an hour and 15 minutes after you place your order (on a Friday afternoon –2pm to be exact!) then this pizza hit is for you! They forgot the spinach on the half veggie-​made to order side, and the cheese was barely «regular». I called after 35 minutes just to see if they had an idea of when we’d see our food and the manager said «15 minutes. «
Yuck. Gross. Light and crispy crust was more like cold and cardboard.

Just simply wish they didn’t take an hour or better to get my food to me because the driver got «lost» I sure do enjoy cold pizza… Not! But I will say I can’t beat their Wing Wednesday deals. The drivers are normally friendly and apologetic for being lost but it doesn’t change the delays time and my having to explain my address several times.

The last few times I’ve eaten at this Pizza Hut, I ordered their pan pizza and salad bar. I left full, yet within 15 minutes of my dinner, I developed a strong case of diarrhea. This has happened every time I’ve eaten here as well as other Pizza Hut locations. I’m not sure if it’s the grease or if they inject their dough with laxatives. This has also been the case with my girlfriend the one time I brought her here for the thin crust special. Needless to say, there was nothing special going on between us that night.

Hey, it’s Pizza Hut. Average pizza with the usual toppings. This particular location is take out & delivery only. Be patient as this place is busy around dinner time most nights of the week and even more so on the weekends.
Don’t be afraid to tip the drivers. As a former pizza delivery driver I can tell you they usually are doing their best and deserve a little something for the effort.

About 1 to 2 months ago I went here. I called ahead and fully expected my hot wings to be ready. They did not even *start* them until 10 minutes after I arrived. I heard the same thing happened on Port Washington Road. Bad experience and I can’t go there again because obviously the same thing will happen again.
