Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta

I come here a lot & I always have a good experience at this location. After several horrible experiences with the nearby Pizza Hut, I decided to order a whole pizza from here on a Friday night. They answered the phone promptly & my pizza was ready within 20 minutes. Order was correct, pizza was delicious & the customer service was good. When you go through the drive-​thru sometimes you may have to wait on your food, but that’s because they make everything fresh throughout the day. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. I will stick with Rocky’s!

This place is kinda ghetto. I feel bad when I visit this location, placing an order takes time away from their staffs personal conversations and playing on their cell phones. At noon today (lunch rush) they had a lady mopping the lobby floor and my wife slipped and fell. Her services could have been better served at the counter and maybe mopping could wait until they slowed down a bit.

I’ll start by saying, «For a chain restaurant the food worked!». But the service received was excellent. I’d stopped by the restaurant a few weeks earlier. I was very disgusted by the rudeness of the drive-​thru worker that I actually pulled over and called to speak with the manager. He was very courteous and seemed to understand my gripe.
Fast forward to now. I stopped during the workweek on lunch and was very satisfied with the great attitude of this drive thru worker. She was well informed about the different specials, and even made a suggestion to save money on a combo. When I pulled around to the paying window I was told to wait. Usually, this means I won’t receive «something» I’ve ordered. Thankfully when my meal was bought to my car it included my correct order as well as the condiments I’d requested & NAPKINS!
Whenever I feel the need for fast food I’d drive here again.

Sad to report that things have changed, and not for the better.
My last visit to this location was 7 – 8 months ago ended up getting a large pizza sausage. In the past the sausage was chunked Italian and today I’m sad to report that the Italian sausage is now thinner, same taste just an example of shrinking products. I am still a fan. And I guess its still a good deal if you watch out for coupons. Just reporting my findings. (I see what you did there.) large single topping 14.99 with a coupon. For carry out Make sure to ask for Parmesan cheese and pepper flakes and napkins especially if its for the park or beach or for the road. I prefer endorphin rush, beyond insanity hot sauce.

Pretty much your average pizza. I mean what do you expect for fast food?
4 stars for the Pizza, and round it down to 3 stars cause their mascot is weird…
