I usually have good experiences at Regis but my last visit made me realize that I need to go elsewhere. I booked the appointment the night before for just a simple trim. I showed up on time and the front desk cashier was nice and friendly. She told me to have a seat until my stylist was ready. A minute later the same girl told me that my stylist was running late and asked me if that was ok. I said that’s fine thinking it will only be 5 – 10 more minutes. It was a Saturday morning and I had errands to run later but my 5 – 10 turned into 30 minutes. I had enough because I don’t think I should wait that long for an apt. So I told the receptionist I was leaving and getting my cut somewhere else. I never even met with the stylist and I don’t think I would want someone rushing in and not ready cutting my hair. So I left. Only reason I gave one star was because the receptionist was nice. Otherwise it would have been no stars.

Back for my second visit and had a different stylist. Once again a great haircut! Decided to buy the Matrix Biolage hydrathérapie shampoo and conditioner because my hair has been so dry this winter.
