Very Professional always clean. Emily is spot on for me every time. Scott is awesome and the staff is very willing to serve. Get what you pay for and this is a top end place for hair care.
The eye candy is also not very bad here on any given day!

Sara transformed my hair. I have been trying to grow my hair out, but it’s been looking a bit worse for the wear. Sara gave me a Kerastase Chronologiste deep treatment and my hair was sort of… reborn. It looks like I’ve had a trim – only I haven’t at all, and my hair is ridiculously shiny. Sometimes I feel like the «deep conditioning» or «shine enhancing» treatments at salons are little more than a deep conditioner, but this went so beyond.
After my treatment she gave me a gorgeous blowout, which still looked amazing the next day. I’m absolutely going back for another treatment, worth every penny. Thank you Sara!

Parker is great. A bit unconventional but my hair never looked better.
Prices are high, but service/​atmosphere is really good. Free valet parking! I can’t handle the selfie stick though… ugh.
Great music. Good vibe. Nice people will get you anything from MKE street below.

As a newbie to Milwaukee, this was the second salon I have tried. It didn’t disappoint. Chic white, urban interior accented by great music and incredibly attentive and courteous staff. Ashley did an amazing job on my color and was skilled at cutting short hair, which is a rarity in any city. She even cut my 9 year old son’s hair on the fly while we waited for my color to set. Having lived in numerous major cities across the U.S., I would have expected the prices to be higher for the level of talent and overall experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Second time at Scott Free and most definitely the last time. Receptionist Kyle told me my stylist was $ 30 then when I had to reschedule with a new stylist he told me $ 35. Just paid $ 55 after being price gouged at the reception desk. There was no miscommunication as I had clearly repeated the price back over the phone. Reception and/​or management just gave me the shrugged shoulder. Very disappointed with both experiences. I had trepidation returning after the first experience now they sealed the deal. Haircut wasn’t anything special either. At least at a real Aveda Salon you get a shoulder massage for $ 55. Au revoir, I am Scott Free of this place.

I had my hair done for my wedding here, and Krystal was amazing from start to finish. I brought in a bunch of images I had found of updos I liked, and Krystal was really great at asking questions and helping me to communicate what I liked about the different styles, so that she could incorporate some of the different components. She is also very attentive, and made me feel at ease about the whole process. My updo looked awesome, and lasted all night (even after taking pictures by the lake — wind!). I highly recommend Krystal to anyone looking for a special event stylist.

My experience today was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist promptly greeted me with a smile and took my coat and offered me a beverage.
This is the first time I have been to this salon and my stylist, Sara was fantastic and very professional. Not only did she cut my hair how I wanted, but she educated me on how to style at home and which products to use with out being pushy! I’m a very self conscious person and today Sara made feel less self conscious and I left with amazing hair. I will definitely be returning and I will recommend Sara to others! Thank you!

I’ve finally found a salon in Milwaukee! Got my haircut this past week, and it’s the best one I’ve had since I lived in London 5 years ago. Yes, 5 years of mediocre haircuts… Depressing. Parker was extremely knowledgeable, I have a good amount of fine hair and he made it look fantastic! He gave me some great information about how to care for my hair, and wasn’t pushy about buying a bunch of products. This place is definitely worth the money– not to mention the interior is airy and beautiful, none of those salon lights that make you look like you haven’t slept in a week. I’m recommending this place to everyone!

Scott and his dream team of stylists and assistants make you and your needs their priority. Any one of them (Cory!) will provide you with the best service you can only hope to expect at other salons… and Kyle runs the reception desk with the goal of making your appointment needs match your schedule. Valet parking is a bonus to make their downtown location as easy as possible. Simply stated: Scottfree Salon is the best!
