Can’t review a place that you can’t eat at: it’s 12:30, I stopped on my lunch break and the place is closed?! Hours are listed as opening at 11 am. Time is $$: won’t waste any more here.

Wow great place to have great pizza. Just got the vegi lovers pizza last night. It was full of flavour and the best of all good portion of crunchi and fresh vegies. They do have some wings and burgers, will try that next time. Overall place looks clean and staff was nice. Will be a return guest again.

I was skeptical and feeling a bit disloyal, this is the space of my beloved Times Square pizza. But Times Square abandoned me without so much as a Dear John letter so it was time to give this place a try. I was leery because it’s the same people as the Indian joint next door, what they did was they opened up the back so it’s the same kitchen for both places. They now offer the sort of dizzying variety that warns the consumer, hey, it can’t all be good: Thai curry, some Chinese food, American sandwiches, Indian dishes, Italian American, it’s pretty close to a Saturday Night skit menu. The food on display had been clearly out too long, but as if reading my mind the friendly fellow behind the counter told me, «I’ll make fresh for you, you want pasta?» I ordered spaghetti for me(I was reading a novel on my Kindle earlier, the protagonist enjoyed some spaghetti, I had a hankering as a result), and I got a personal size pizza for the Chief of Staff, freshly prepared in a short amount of time. Whadya know, both were pretty good. Still the best gas station Italian food ever, in spite of the change in hands. And unlike my former favorite pizza place, Transfer, no one here insults my intelligence.

This review is for their«by the slice» option during the day. I have not tried their whole pizza option, so that may be a completely different experience. — — — — — Stopped in for a weekday lunch. Place was a ghost town during the noon hour when other local restaurants are busy. Selection was very limited and they did not allow for any customization. Asked to add sausage to a slice of pepperoni pizza, but was not allowed. Other than the nice smokey flavor on the crust(well-seasoned ovens), the pizza itself looked and tasted like it came out of a Tombstone pizza box. The sauce was sweet, but had no other defining trait, just a plain sweet tomato sauce. The pepperoni didn’t add much flavor, nor texture. Bites with the pepperoni were indistinguishable from bites with just cheese. The staff seemed very nice and prices were reasonable, but the pizza was forgettable. I won’t be back, which is unfortunate, because its really close to where I work. Pros: — Crust had the nice smokey flavor you only get from pizza ovens that have years of use. — Free garlic bread slice with every slice of pizza. — Cheap. Cons: — Pizza looks and tastes like its a freezer brand pizza you could make at home. — Limited selection of slices combined with no customization.

This is by far my favorite pizza spot in the walkers point, third ward neighborhood. The staff is incredibly friendly, the pizza is always hot, fresh, & cooked just the way I like it. They use a sweeter sauce, thin crust, and perfect amount of cheese. You can call in orders, get delivery, or go in & sit down in the restaurant; which is always clean & inviting to customers. I choose this over any big chain pizza place any day, support your local business, enjoy great good, a friendly staff, & a really nice addition to our little neighborhood!

I liked Sopranos pizza! Called in an order tonight to pick up and it was ready 20 minutes later. The woman on the phone was really friendly and happy. She was just as friendly in person and recognized me by name! A+ on the customer service interaction. She mentioned they were planning to start a pizza buffet in January too so I’ll probably be back to check that out. We ordered a 16″ pie with sausage and some garlic cheese bread. The pizza is cut in squares, so make sure to ask for slices if that’s you’re thing. It is thin crust with great sauce that’s a little on the sweet side. Our pie was slightly burnt around the edges and would obviously be better without it. The garlic cheese bread was also good. the right amount of everything. Cheese, garlic, crispy but still gooey. Plus the sweet sauce to dip. There were only a couple others in the restaurant, which is right next to the liquor store in the Mobil station strip mall. Yep, gas station pizza. Don’t be discouraged. It was good!
