Got a groupon because it said delivery and pickup. Called, and the guy told us NO delivery. Called back the next day to order food for pickup and the man on the phone seemed bothered that I was calling. I ordered a pizza, and he didn’t even listen to what I wanted on it and rattled off a bunch of toppings(when I only asked for two…). When I corrected him, I got a sigh. I also ordered spaghetti with meatballs and an appetizer platter. Asked what the total was and the man seemed inconvenienced and told me that we would just owe tax– I needed to know a total to make sure we were using our full groupon– Still wouldn’t give it to me. At pickup, the place is someone’s house– very strange. The man was rude. My husband asked again what our total was and he wouldn’t tell him– He finally told us the total was $ 29 something, but I’m pretty sure it was a bunch of BS. Food: Very bad. I don’t know how this place is open… Pizza tastes frozen. Appetizer platter was laughable– They put it in a large to go container/box, but they only give you two of each food item. Not enough to split between two people… definitely not worth the $ 7.99 price tag… Spaghetti was very bland. I would have preferred Prego or Ragu to that. Meatballs were very dry and tasteless(probably frozen). The bland food and poor service is enough for us to never go back.

I bought $ 33.95 worth of pizza from Tarantino’s — 1 large 15 inch, five topping pizza and 2 small 9 inch, four topping pizzas. All three pizzas were burned on the bottom of the crust. There is hardly any cheese on any of the three pizzas. The crusts were all so thin that they bubble up all over because the pizza dough is way too thin. The crust simply crumbled apart when I tried to pick up a slice. The pizzas taste worse than frozen pizzas from a grocery store. The toppings used are not fresh and taste and look like they’re several days old. The beautiful pizza photo that’s displayed in their Groupon ad looks nothing like any of the three pizzas that they sold me. In fact, when I called to place my order, Tarantino’s told me that they only sell thin crust pizzas the Groupon pizza photo shows a thick crust pizza — VERYDECEIVING. I would have been better off simply buying three large pizzas from the local grocery store where they would have at least tasted better and cost less than half the price of what they’re asking for their pizzas. I noticed that another reviewer complained about how light weight their pizza was. I have to laugh because I think each pizza box weighed slightly more than each pizza. I picked up the pizzas from their store which is actually a house with a storefront addition. When I entered to pick up my pizzas, I noticed that in a room(living room) adjacent to the kitchen, there were several boxes and garbage laying all over the floor and table tops. It made me sick to think that I would be eating food that came from this place. I guess I should have read the reviews that were posted. All reviews are one star reviews with the exception of one that gives the highest possible rating. This outstanding rating must be from a Tarantino family member. I have never left a negative review because I don’t want to mess with someone’s livelihood. But, the pizza from this place is grossly overpriced, the quality is terrible, and the fact that they sold me three burnt pizzas(see photo) is a crime. Stay away from Tarantino’s Pizzeria.

Wow, I was told 45 minutes to an hour delivery time which turned into an hour and a half before it arrived. I ordered the meat lasagna which was mildy warm. The meat had no seasoning or flavor and appeares to be cooked with no seasoning. My friend ordered the spinich lasagna which I also tried and was very watery. I make a much better homemade dish. The garlic bread was decent. Their food is really quite bland and while one of their competitors, Barbererie’s, tends to over season… I’d much rather have that than this place’s bland crap. I wish I could give less than a star. We also ordered desert of cheese cake. It came just wrapped in tin foil. Not a very professional means of serving what should be a decadent desert. I can’t emphasize any more how shitty this place is. I’m throwing out the rest of mine and my friend’s entrees and the shitty desert that is wrapped up in foil. The price is NOWHERE near the merit of their menu.

We ordered an appetizer sampler & everything pizza. The pizza was super cold. The crust tasted stale, the sauce tasteless & the toppings were bland & canned. I would have been so much happier with a cheap frozen pizza. The sampler was gross, soggy & only had like two pitiful pieces of each thing. I think it was mozzerella sticks, fried zucchini, fried cheese curds & breaded mushrooms. My boyfriend picked it up for us and said that their«store» is really strange, it looks like its attached to the house that the owners/workers live in. We won’t be ordering again.

Terrible! The only word to use for this joint. Let’s start with the pizza. First, it’s usually bent in half and mixed with paper cover. That’s pushed right in there! Sandwiches? Even worse! And, for the love of God, stay away from their BBQ Chicken! It’s as if they boiled it, slapped some Kraft BBQ Sauce on there and sent it out. The salad may be good, but I don’t eat salad. We come to the reason for my review. I ordered from them tonight after a late night at work. I saw on Grubhub that they’re still delivering. So, one last shot. Then, GH calls me and says that this joint«blew a fuse». I say LIES! They just didn’t want to fulfill the order. GH gave me a refund and a $ 5 coupon. So, kudos to GH. Sure, I gave them a few tries. It was in the hopes of finding something good. Nopes, not a thing. Stay away, folks!

This place has always had good food. Never had a problem with them. I’ve heard some not so good comments. Now some years back the father passed on. Family is running the place. So maybe it has changed some. This is a first ordering delivery and online from them. Some years back. They did not do delivery or online ordering. It was always pick up. I’ll give it 5 stars from previous experience. But may change it. If this order is not as good. Well we just got our pizza. It is every bit as good as I remembered it to be. Prices are not to bad either. So they can keep their 5 stars.

My first clue that this was going to be a bad pizza was how light it was when I picked it up. There is more cheese on a frozen pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it had so little cheese on it that it may as we’ll have had none. The man I ordered from was rude. I will never order Tarantino’s again! Total rip-off.

I ordered a large pizza, mushrooms and pepperoni. It came in 45 minutes on the dot, and the delivery guy was nice. You could tell it was fresh mushrooms and the sauce was wonderful. Will order again!

I really wanted to like this place because it was another«little pizza shop in the neighborhood» but it did not end up as well as expected. We ordered from them from a bar across the street at which we had dart league night going on. They showed up pretty quickly with a friendly delivery guy. We ordered the 2 large 1 topping w/garlic bread and a 2 liter special. Sauce was bland, pizza was bland, best thing was the 2 liter of pepsi. We even left the pizza(probably a whole one between what was left of the two) at the bar. They said their large was a 15″, well when they showed up we all said«I would hate to see what the small is». I would not order from them again. I should have taken the advice of other Unilocalers and ordered from Pizzaria Scotty down the street. It was not horrible pizza it was just that is was pizza that accompanied a beer induced dart night at a bar pizza. Take that or leave it. If you want good pizza, go somewhere else.

I tried to order something from Tarantino’s about a month ago but nobody answered the phone… This was at a time when they should have been pretty busy, too… When I finally did get through a while later the lady I spoke to wasn’t very informed about the menu or the business, and she«put me on hold»(also known as the table in front of her) while sh3e had a very personal conversation with somebody on her cellphone. I hadn’t even ordered yet! I could hear every word she was saying, although I don’t recall what they were talking about. Very personal tho. I remained calm until the owner in the background told her that living social coupons are not good for delivery. I asked to speak to him, and he told me that they donate those certificates and don’t make any money on them so they’re not good opn specials or for delivery. Why not make some money off of me on a delivery fee at least, then? I payed good money for that certificate, and I don’t wanna hear you bitch about it, man! Really really rude, unprofessional. Not recommended.
