Are you looking for a place that can satisfy your sweet tooth? Then you need to stop at this GEM located on N. 68th Street. We stopped in here with a friend of ours after dinner at Balistreri’s just next door. They are not your large corporate candy store found on every corner in a large city. This is a small business that has some amazing treats. Some of their offerings are chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered pretzels, and assorted other chocolate treats. So next time your in the area and just can’t help yourself, stop in and indulge!

If you are looking for a place that can satisfy your sweet tooth, then you need to stop in at Ultimate Confections. I stopped in here recently with my husband and a friend of ours after dinner. We were amazed at the selection of treats that they offer. Among their offerings are chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered pretzels, truffles, cherry cordials, and a treat that has melted fudge inside of it(which we were able to sample. Mmm!!). They also have solid chocolate molds to represent all sorts of careers and hobbies. For those special occasions, such as a wedding, baby shower, or graduation, Ultimate Confections can provide you with gift boxes and gift sets with specially themed chocolate pieces. And if you’re looking for a healthier alternative, they do have sugar free treat options as well.

Such a cute little shop — a great stop after pizza at Balistreri’s. The chocolate covered strawberries are definitely my favorite. I have no idea where they get such perfect strawberries year round, but they are amazing. The truffles come in traditional flavors, but there are always a few fun ones in the mix for more adventurous types. The chocolate coating on the treats is a little thick, but that’s the style here and I respect it. I wouldn’t call the truffles, chocolate covered cherries, or chocolate covered potato chips«delicate» by any means. My brother and husband love it — everything is heartily and heavily covered in chocolate. Which is not a bad thing — but it was definitely different than I was expecting. I think that’s why I prefer the strawberries. A big juicy strawberry can stand up to a heavy dipping :) My other warning about this place is that while we always intend to go in «for a little treat» — we wind up leaving with about three boxes of stuff. Your attempts to exercise self-control will prove futile :)

If they’ve dipped it in chocolate, you better believe it’s going to be amazingly delicious! :)

I found this quaint store right next to the Balistreri’s restaurant in Wauwatosa, and stopped in for a gander. I had previously had one of their fantastic hand dipped chocolate covered pretzels, and was looking for a truffle or two to complete my afternoon. I completed my afternoon. I bought a box of 6 truffles, half peanut butter, and half irish cream. Oh.My.Goodness. The Irish cream truffles(dark choc.) were out of this world, and just melted in my mouth. The store itself has plenty of pre-packaged assortments for sale, and lots to browse at, but perusing the showcase is when you hear the angels singing. Sea salted caramels, chocolate covered Oreos, truffles, turtles; the list goes on. Stop on by if you’re in Tosa — you’ll be glad you did!

This shop is delightful. They have so many individual chocolates in shapes you’ve probably never even imagined. They do weddings and corporate events, too. However, the display case is the big draw. What’s not to love? world-class chocolate and decadent treats — chocolate/carmel pretzels are a big draw and one of my personal favorites. Go in and try whatever is new and few of the trustworthy and delicious established yummies. It’s a delight for the senses!

My boyfriend and I came here to buy some treats for Valentines day. It’s a very quaint establishment amidst a flower shop, a pastry shop, and frame store. We ended up getting pretzels dipped in dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate(3 for $ 1.50). We also got 3 chocolate covered marshmallows(also 3 for $ 1.50), and HUGE chocolate covered strawberries($ 2.50/each). Overall it was a great experience. I only wished they sold cupcakes too, but after turning the block to the car, I noticed a pastry shop half a block away :)

They have some absolutely gorgeous looking store made chocolates, I tried their peanut butter cups, which were good. I have heard their chocolate covered strawberries are incredible.
