In a word: WOW.
Every once in a while something really takes my breath away.
Garrett and his team at Maker’s Woodworks created a truly stunning suite of custom, solid-​walnut cabinetry for the office in our tiny townhouse in downtown Portland, consisting of a box-​shelf that’s almost too beautiful to fill with any distracting books or knick-​knacks, and an eight-​foot-​long built-​in desk, complete with dovetail drawers, corkboard back-​splash and slickly-​integrated LED lighting. The work was done at the highest level of quality, in pretty short order, and for a very reasonable price — just a really exceptional product and service, all around.

We worked with Garrett Michael of Makers Woodworks to develop a custom table for the breakfast nook in our kitchen. The communication was timely and the proposal was very reasonable for custom work. We were able to receive our custom table, for a nominal and optional delivery fee, within three weeks!
We are very impressed with the quality of this table. It is beautiful and well made. We are so happy we decided to go the custom route, as now we have a lasting piece that fits our needs perfectly. It was a pleasure to work with Garrett, and I look forward to working with Makers Woodworks in the future.
