I took my three boys here to get haircuts and was disappointed in the end. When I called to make an appointment I specifically asked them if they we’re kid friendly because my two year old has a hard time getting a cut, she told me yes bring him in. Once I got there my two year old was first they didn’t even make an attempt to comfort or encourage him to sit in the chair, he ended up not getting a cut! My other two boys haircuts came out OK not exactly what I wanted and I had to repeat myself several times on how I wanted it and even showed them a picture! One girl did not know what she was doing at all, another lady had to fix my sons hair. Needless to say I will never return back to them or recommend this location.

This Supercuts provides reasonable hair cuts in general. However, the staff is a little heavy on the product marketing. And they have an issue with honoring appointments. My regular haircutter scheduled me for an appointment with 90 minutes notice. She then decided to do a really complex hair job for someone else right before I arrived (on time). I had to leave after 20 minutes of waiting as it was clear she had at least another half hour to go. If time is not an issue for you, this is a good place to get a cut. If sticking to a schedule matters, other salons seem more capable of respecting appointments.

Had a great hair cut here. She did a wonderful wash and wear cut and I absolutely love my new cut!
