The owner reached out to me a while later with an apology and to try to make it up to me and the customer. No way to fix it now, but it’s nice to hear that the owner wanted to make it up to their customer.

My husband used A-​1 when he was locked out of our house. After promising that no damage would be done to the door, the technician used criminal techniques by way of a cuff and crowbar. the door is dented and the frame is smashed. We will see what becomes of the damage claim. DO NOT USE!
