I have been ordering cards from this shop all year, since I bought a Daily Candy deal. I love their cards, but I just had a problem with their service that will keep me from ever ordering again. I ordered cards on the 30% off holiday promotion. They were shipped November 27, and USPS said they were delivered on November 29. However, our office never received them. I have contacted USPS and started a formal inquiry. In the meantime, this order was the second part of my Christmas cards! I already have half of my cards filled out and ready to send. I needed more, and this missing shipment is the second half I need(obviously in the next week or so in order for them to be mailed on time). I contacted Keli, the shop owner, and she said she can’t do anything since they were delivered. She would not extend the 30% discount for me or offer to use another carrier, like UPS or FedEx. I told her I was very disappointed that she could make no accommodations for such a loyal customer, but again, she said she will only use USPS and did not offer any discount on the second order. I cannot believe this terrible service, especially since it is a smaller store and I have ordered several times before. Now, unfortunately, I will have to send out mis-matched Christmas cards, and they will not arrive until right around the holiday itself. Will not be ordering from them again.

I have to update my review because after my last review, Colette Paperie contacted me about what had happened and turns out it was a big misunderstanding. The owner was willing to work with me by giving me a different card(that I had requested) to replace the one card that was missing from my original order. I was not required to pay any extra shipping costs for the new card to be mailed to me. As my order is complete, I am now happy =). Plus, Colette Paperie added a little extra something with my new card which I am very appreciative of. I am all about small businesses and want this business to succeed. I will definitely order from this company again now that I know the business owner listens to her customers and values their opinions and patronage.
