We are new to the area and first time we have a home with a septic tank. The owner, Terry, was kind enough to provide me with a ton of information concerning everything you need to know about septic tanks. Was very grateful for all the information especially due to one major fact — an alarm from the septic electrical outlet could go off if not working properly. This alarm is located in the house and I had no idea it was there. Glad Terry informed me or otherwise I would be a lost soul, and very frantic to say the least trying to figure out an alarm going off!
I was given a total dollar amount over the phone when appointment was scheduled. Once Terry was here, he did not need to perform one of the septic functions and that lowered the total price. Terry was honest and I would not of known otherwise. Thanks Terry!
