Arby’s

Cannot begin to list nor describe how bad was the service. Long long wait for food my sandwich which they said was just cooked was cold to the touch. Order was incorrect. They were neither courteous nor willing to except blame nor take responsibility. Condiment containers were empty and when I asked for them to be filled, they chose to not and instead handed me packets of ketchup. The restaurant was not busy.

Tried to get a late meal on a Sunday night. Ordered two value meals in the drive through. They didn’t put any ice in our drinks and also forgot the side of cheese and Arby’s sauce we ordered. I’ll skip this location next time.

This location is incredibly talented at giving you the wrong food. It also doubles as a workout program for your car. You drive there, order what you want, they put random items in your bag, you get home and find misc items you didnt order with the inability to locate the items you actually ordered, and then you drive all the way back, you get your money back, and then you go somewhere else and bring something home that you actually ordered for dinner. This arbys is super fun.

The people are what makes this a 5-​star review. The staff is always friendly and they remembered my name after the first time I ever ate here. They are patient if you don’t know what you want to order and are enthusiastic about their menu if you ask for suggestions. Coming here from the south, I have never eaten at an Arby’s so I was skeptical when they talked about how fresh their food tastes. One of the workers joked that he had been «sober from McDonald’s for over a year now» and told me I’d never want to eat McDonalds again after I tried Arby’s food. He was right.
2 out of 3 times that I ordered a chicken sandwich here there was a 4 – 5 minute wait, so I wouldn’t recommend ordering that if you’re in a I-​gotta-​get-​back-​to-​work-​in-​ten-​minutes type of rush, but the chicken here is so delicious that it’s definitely worth the wait otherwise. Also, they have a wide selection of sauces available in the lobby that you can serve yourself as much of as you’d like, which is pretty epic for honey mustard enthusiasts like myself who are used to being charged $ 0.50 extra with a side of a bad attitude for extra sauces elsewhere. The curly fries are crunchy and hot and taste so good that I have never dared to venture to try the alternative side, potato cakes.
The lobby is nice and clean. There have never been long lines when I’ve been there, although I do tend to eat outside of typical meal times.

I’ve always found the service here fast and reliable. My food always comes out hot and fresh, I can’t ask for much more. The interior is well maintained and looks good.
I much prefer coming in to order than waiting for the drive through. It always seems so much faster and the line for the drive through can be quite long.

this Arby’s is super fast and the people there are awesome when it comes to customer service.
