Bite Squad

I used this service for the first time to order food from Famous Dave’s, and I had no problems at all. My order was correct and on time. I even got a coupon code to enter at checkout during my order for free delivery. I especially like that I’m able to get food delivered from various restaurants that do not deliver and that I’m able to track my order.
I highly recommend use of this service, and I will DEFINITELY use Bite Squad soon again! :)

I’m a regular with BiteSquad. We use them at the office for catering or just small lunch orders and I’m in love. I can keep track online to see where the order is and whatnot and the staff is usually very nice.
I will definitely continue to work with them.

I was very impressed with the speed that they got to me. I know it isn’t always fast but it was very nice. I also loved how accurate their online information was and showed me exactly where the driver was and when they would arrive. Food was hot and ready to go. I had recently had a foot surgery so getting delivery is very helpful but didn’t want standard delivery. They really came through and the driver was incredibly nice and courteous.
I was so surprised that I may order from them again in the near future. It costs a little more but can be a convenient way to have a different kind of dinner without having to go pick it up and give some time at home to get other things done. Well done Bite Squad!

My company (30-​ish people) has used Bite Squad probably close to 100 times, and I have to say the concept is great, but the execution lacks a LOT. Their business is to deliver food. We use it normally for lunch, so in our use case, their business is delivering lunch to our office. I can count on one hand the number of times the order has arrived on-​time without error. If you make a business to deliver lunch, you should deliver the ordered food on-​time.
Food mistakes:
— whole meals missing
— whole meals incorrect
— consistently cold /​luke warm
— poorly transported /​damaged food containers
Timing. When someone orders food to be delivered at 11:45 — 12:00, don’t show up at 12:30 then blame the restaurant. Now this is going to happen from time to time, but if you blame the restaurant every time, we know you’re understaffed and are trying to push the buck.
The drivers all seem to be nice, but I think they’re transporting too many meals at a time so everyone’s meal suffers. If you have a car full of 10 orders, customers 3 – 10 are going to get cold/​warmish food. When you cater an office of 30, perhaps that should be a dedicated run to ensure quality and temperature. When half of the office starts heating up their food in the microwave, you know something is off.
The website is a train-​wreck. An ordering website shouldn’t be that difficult. You would also expect improvements the longer the company is in business, but the website is broken and is a constant source of frustration.
We’ve since moved to a different lunch catering service and have had a much better experience.

This is AMAZING! Food from restaurants that don’t deliver! Why would I ever need to leave my house now.
BiteSqaud is my new place to order other than the standard Pizza or Subs.

I live sushi but hardly anywhere delivers. I used Bite Squad last weekend and had a great experience. I love how you can track the progress of your order. Everything was accurate, even my special requests, and it got there in a relatively short amount of time (40 minutes).
I plan on using the service again. Especially, on those nights when I don’t have time or don’t want to make the time, to pick up from our favorite restaurants!

Exceptional fast delivery.
I ordered my meal on bite squad with rainbow Chinese and it surprised me by the fast delivery and the awesomeness without costing too much.
Do recommend to anyone, great weekend off option if you don’t feel like pizza :)

We just move to Minneapolis at the beginning and were so excited when we found BiteSquad. This food delivery service is awesome because we can other food besides just pizza. Also great for those hangover days when you just don’t want to drive to get food. Knowing what the status of the order is also a good feature.
We will definitely keep using BiteSquad and would recommend this service to anyone.
