Bob is a great trainer! After trying a few different trainers I am so happy I found Bob. He really focuses on your goals. He gives you the motivation and tools you need to get results. Not only did I learn the correct and best ways to lift/​work out, he also taught me the importance of what/​how to eat. I never dreaded a work out with Bob because I knew it would be something new and fun. Plus over time, you see your body changing and that’s the best feeling. Bob was very good about scheduling and working around my schedule. I would highly recommend Bob!

I had the pleasure of working with Bob at one of his previous gyms. He is an amazing trainer with a wide variety of training methods. He is knowledgeable in his field and goes above and beyond for his clients. Training with Bob was a great experience. I still refer back to the workouts and programs he gave me. Not only does he know a wide variety of workouts he is very knowledgeable in the human body. Any time I had an issue with my shoulder or any other part of my body hurting or feeling sore Bob was quick to diagnose it and give me the proper fix for it. Even after being his client he still helped me with any issues or questions I may have had. To me that is someone who genuinely cares about his profession and his clients. I know that even today I could contact Bob and he’d help me with whatever I needed. I only wish I had the ability to keep training with him on a regular basis.
If you train with Bob you won’t be sorry. He will push you to your limits and get you the results you’re looking for.
