I love Bose and will be a loyal customer for life. First, their products are phenomenal and their customer service is as great as their products. Recently I had an issue with a pair of my QC20i headphones so I went in to the store for help. Long story short, they gave me a brand new pair for free and renewed my 1 year warranty! Bose for life!
