Burger King

Been here couple of time and did not have pleasant experience. Once wanted to order in drive through. menu was all lit up and it said it was open. But no one answered for about 5 minutes and I went back. Next time I ordered whooper over the counter. Burger was ok and fries were greasy.

No stars deserved for this inefficient place. We live in the neighborhood, and EVERY time we go through the drive-​thru, we wait for about ten minutes to get to the window, after trying to decipher the garbled voice on the intercom. When we finally make it to the window, our order is ALWAYS wrong!
It happened again tonight. In addition, the Whopper Junior seems to have been demoted to a Whopper Newborn! The bun was tiny, and the patty even tinier. The food must have been sitting under a heat lamp all day.
There seemed to only be two people working, and their customer service skills were non-​existent.
I also don’t believe that the intercom is broken, because the lady working the window was so incoherent, and sounded exactly like the garbled voice we couldn’t decipher when we placed our order.
Terrible, terrible all-​round experience. We won’t be back unless these things are fixed, and I will certainly spread the word to people I know, so that their time and money aren’t wasted.

I’ve been to this shitty location few times since I’ve moved here and I can honestly say it’s the worst Burger King in the last three states that I’ve lived. The drive through speaker is an interesting experience if you can ever hear the improperly trained staff. The last two visits, nothing has been right on the order. Go anywhere else but here!

Newly remodeled. Looks great. Had good service, and they were working at keeping place clean. Typical Burger King food, no surprises — we did get to sample the Cinnabon; so tasty, and so bad for you.

Service here is hit or miss, but it is Burger King, so there you go.
It’s kind of grungy, and the food isn’t always hot. Even for a Burger King, I’ve had better.
