I had a bad experience at this store. My current phone’s battery was draining way too fast so I brought it in. I’m due for an upgrade in a month, but they told me there was nothing they could do until six days before mt due date. I asked the manager, Reese, for a refurbished phone as I need a phone that works for my business and she rudely said, «we’re not a corporate store. Maybe the Ridgedale store sells them». Then she walked away. I left with no solution so I went to the Ridgedale store on Plymouth Road. They couldn’t have been nicer! Both the manager, Scott, and Lucas who helped me immediately said it shouldn’t be happening and said they’ll look into what they can do for me. Lucas gave me the upgrade then and there, set me up and gave me ha card so I can call to make an appointment with him rather than have to wait! I would only go back to him!

Have to give Slavyana who is the Asst. Mgr. major koodos. She pushed Verizon customer service to get me a new phone after i was having trouble with my WiFi. My phone was even out of warranty. She’s the best I’ve experienced in store. Another store just told me to wait for a fix. That sure was helpful… not.

There are good things about this store and there are bad things about this store — so here is a list: Good –Friendly staff –Helpful staff –Good phone selection –Good location, across from Knollwood Mall Bad –They are not a corporate store –They don’t tell you about fees — $ 30 will be billed to your account if you upgrade here and there is a $ 10 upgrade fee in store –Accessories are ridiculously expensive, skip them and go on Amazon
