I try to avoid going into this shop. Every time I do I feel like I have like I have been ripped off, the employees deliver poor customer service. I don’t want to mention names but there is one guy there who i seem to deal with every time and he’s unfriendly and doesn’t come across as genuine or trustworthy which is a problem for me because buying a new phone has become a significant financial commitment. The first time I bought an iPhone from him he was very interested in my passwords and had me write my social security number on a piece of paper (I was new to sprint and opening an account) and he didn’t return it so I grabbed it back when he walked away. Dealing with him makes me feel uneasy. I won’t buy a device there, I will go to best buy instead where the customer service is guaranteed to be much better.
