They stopped their lifetime warranty on the socks I bought. I wouldn’t be upset but the salesman I spoke with was really condescending about it… sorry I mis interpreted «lifetime warranty». Your vendor change should have popped up on my Twitter I’m such a loser for not knowing.

Nice selection and friendly staff but they do not help people get the new shoes on their feet to try on. Hope you’re not elderly or a little overweight!

As far as shoe stores go this one is pretty great. Sales people are attentive, but not pushy, they assist if you have questions on shoes. I just picked up 2 pair for 99 dollars. a steal when it comes to Clarks

Since this is my second review of a shoe store I am voluntarily turning in my man card.
If you are already a fan of Clark’s you will enjoy the selection and variety of choices but most importantly I learned that their socks have a lifetime warranty. For someone who continuously ruins his dress socks this was a revelation.
