A great place for lunch or dinner… Believe it or not, DQ has some of the best tasting burgers and chicken sandwiches. The fries are very crispy and good as well. Not to mention the awesome ice creams… you can’t go wrong with the dipped cones or sundaes… ah…the Blizzard too… amazing! The mini sizes(dipped cones and blizzards) are the perfect size for a little treat or dessert after lunch or dinner! I like this location because it’s very clean, the service is friendly and close to where I live :)

If I could give 0 stars I would! The Crystal Dairy Queen. A place I’ve always hated walking into because of the HORRIBLE service. It has been year since I stepped foot in this place. I had to get an ice cream cake for a good friend of mine so I went in open minded. There was about 3 other people inside waiting for their cool treats. There was also a nice selection of ice cream cakes available with fun designs. As I was paying for my cake, I asked the cashier if they were able to put«happy birthday» on the cake. The young lady said that wouldn’t be a problem it would take no more than 5 minutes. I was totally fine with that. About 10 people walked in after I had already paid and ordered their yummy treats. I WAITED20MIN!!! Everyone that came in after me had already gotten their treats and left while I stood there waiting for my cake that was probably melted by now. While I was waiting, an elderly man walks up to the counter and says, «you are out of napkins, any chance I can get some?» The boy behind the counter in a rush to leave work since he was clocked out responds«oh did you check by the other door go look» Wait what??? Um how about you apologize and tell the customer you will refill it or give him some napkins?! The boy seemed irritated because he had to go grab a pack of napkins and refill them when he was trying to leave work… maybe dairy queen and customer service isn’t the correct career for him because he was rude and unprofessional. At this point I am irritated. The cashier sees that I am upset and about to walk up to her and say something but she runs to the back and asks if the cake is done. The workers in back respond«oh theres a cake? I can do that now then» So basically if I wasn’t pissed off or decided not to walk up to her I would be standing there waiting on a cake that they didn’t even know about. HORRIBLE! I understand if you are busy working walk ins and drive thru but it takes not even 5 minutes to write happy birthday and the fact that there was no communication between the workers about anything going on. On top of that, they didn’t even close the cake top all the way! As the lady hands me my cake the top slips off! I already knew if the cake fell during the handoff they would make me pay for another cake and at that point they would’ve heard what was really on my mind. I will NEVER come to this dairy queen again or recommend. They are unprofessional and really don’t care for the place.

This location has the best employees, as long as you don’t get on their bad side! Tell them Adam sent you.

I stopped here after learning that the neighbor Popeyes doesn’t open for a week. I went through the drive thru for a quick snack. I ended up waiting six minutes for a chicken quesadilla that tasted more like black olives than season chicken or cheese. To make it worse, the food gave me bad stomach pains and gut rot. No thank you!
