This place is MYJAM. I only get the General Tso chicken, why mess up a good thing? It has great flavor, and does not disappoint. Food always tastes fresh. I just ordered in today’s snowstorm and they were more than happy to deliver without any gripes, got it to me in under a half hour. I had lost hope in Asian food delivery in south Minneapolis, but this place restored it, and now it’s the only place I’ll go to. I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve it.

Pros: The food is good for the most part and some of the best chinese delivery I have had. Cons: The rice is hard and the egg rolls are wrapped up insufficiently so the filling sticks out. The portions are small especially the combination entrée. The egg drop soup needs more veggies in and should be put in sufficient containers so it doesn’t look like you are trying to shortchange customers when you fill up only 1⁄5 of a quarter container. Another con is after 4pm, you can only order large portions. Feedback: Your food is great! Don’t short change customers by dishing out small portions and only allowing large portion selections in the evenings. Prices could be fair if containers were filled up to the top. It does not build a good re pore due to these things. Great food is only 25% of why people come back. 75% is the experience they are given. Make changes and I think good news will spread faster and your brand will grow.

My husband and I decided we wanted some Chinese takeout and we’re glad we gave Dragon Wok a try. I was prepared to drive and pick it up, but was pleased when they offered to deliver for only a $ 2.95 charge! And they were FAST. It wasn’t 10 minutes after the call and the knock on the door came. It wasn’t the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, but given the reasonable prices it definitely warrants a 5⁄5 stars. The Kung Pao was ok, the Lo Mein was good, and the sesame chicken was amazing!

Our team ordered from here for lunch and I had the mushroom Stirfry. I would say this is pretty good for take out. I don’t think it is the best chinese I have ever had but I would order again.

Delicious take out! I highly recommend the sesame chicken. It has just a little zip to it and the sauce is perfectly sweet. The beef lo mein is yummy! Try it. You’ll love it and will go back for more. Excellent.

Fast cheap friendly — yes. A little uneven but they are getting there. I ordered Pad Thai twice — first time great! Second time — too sweet and over cooked. I’ll keep trying though — they are working hard to get it right.

I wasn’t expecting minimal seating… its pretty much a take out place or belly up to the window side bar. Typical Chinese place with everything under $ 10. I felt my noodles were greasy, fried rice was ok — dry and lacking taste, but the cream cheese wontons were good and my son seemed to like the potstickers. It’s ok for cheap Chinese food.

I’ve never been disappointed. After moving to the city we wanted to find a place that reminded us of our hometown hole in the wall Chinese for a good price. You really can’t beat Dragon Wok’s quality to the price. We usually get a large sweet and sour chicken entrée that comes with white rice and a General Tso’s chicken combo platter. The platter comes your choice of meat with fried rice and either 3 cream cheese wontons(way better than Leeann Chin) or an egg roll for $ 7.95. The fried rice is the the best take out Fried rice I’ve had, and bonus points if you like it fresh bean sprouts! The General Tso’s chicken can be hit or miss on the spice levels but it hasn’t stopped me from always ordering it. The service is always friendly and the pick up orders are the way to go if you’re close by. The pick up wait time has never been more than 15 minutes and my food is usually done by the time I get there, delivery is usually estimated at 30 – 45 minutes. We’ve been going here around once a week for the past few months and plan to keep it up. If you haven’t tried m Dragon Wok you’re missing out.

This is a gem. Best storefront style Chinese I’ve had in Mpls. Even the anglo-chinese(I’m looking at you Gen. Tso) are good.

Fast friendly service and a reasonable price. I had sesame chicken which was excellent and spring rolls that were fresh made to order. I really enjoyed this place. Glad to finally find good takeout

I purchased a $ 15 for $ 30 deal here and it was my first time experience with this place. I rate this a 2 star experience due to the below: PROS: –The staff were friendly and courteous. They were able to answer all my questions I had. CONS: –Whoever made/rolled the springs rolled seemed like they didn’t care about it at all. It wasn’t even securely rolled. They were too big and one was already all messed up. –I ordered chicken Lo mein w/shrimp but when I got home, it turned out to be chow mein noodles instead so that made me quite dissatisfied with my order. On top of that, the noodles tasted salty and the liquid tasted like there’s was nothing in it. In other words, tasted watery to me. –My boyfriend and I had wanted to order the Hot & Spicy chicken wings but they said were out. When I got home, we received sweet & sour breaded chicken… I’m almost thinking that maybe they might’ve mixed up our order with another customers? Hmmm… –Service was quite slow. I did a pick up & my food wasn’t quite ready when they had said that it would be. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes in restaurant. –Overall tasting of the food did not taste very authentic to me. I felt like I was eating cafeteria mall food. Everything was too bland or too salty. All in all, I don’t see myself ordering from this place as often As I thought I had imagined. Maybe once in a long while only because it’s like 5 minutes away from where I live but unfortunately my overall experience was pretty dissatisfying.
