A steady fan of the Eddington’s breakfast and salad bar for more than ten years, I can safely say that I know how to eat here for under $ 6.00.
A half order of eggs Florentine and two pieces of sausage will set you back $ 4.08 and will keep you full well past lunch. Get a small to-​go container of salad from the salad bar and I’m spending about $ 5.50. The lady that helps me every morning is so nice! She knows my regular routine and always has a smile!

CAUTION! I just had the worst food poisoning of my life from eating here. Be weary of the chicken chili and perhaps all soups and general. They may hang on to their soup for a questionable amount of time. I’m getting queasy thinking about this… Cheerio

The hot breadsticks and wild rice soup are orgasmic. And thumbs up on the salad bar. The bussers also work hard to clear trays and make room for incomers — plus a nice view. Great place for a work lunch.

We sometimes get food catered from here for meetings (actually, I’m not really sure if it’s this location, but this seems to be the one closest to the U of MN). I love their breadsticks. I know that the breadsticks are bad for me, but I could make a meal out of these things … okay, maybe breadsticks and some of that salad. The strawberry salad is a little sweet, but that cabbage salad … mmmm… Yum!
